email copy depending on custom field

Hi,

Thank you for this plugin, it really helps me!
I would like to add a “dynamic” email recipient to each custom order status. This copy will depend on a user select custom field from the admin woocommerce order page.

Can you help or give some clues please?

Form submissions are a big block of html

When people contact me through the form, the copy that is sent to my email is displaying as a big block of html all of sudden. I thought it might be spam at first but then I tested it myself and mine are coming in as html as well. Submissions look correct when I view them in the dashboard though, it’s just the copy that is sent to my email. Not sure why but this started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have not made any changes to the form.

Email cc – how do I set this up

I set this up on two wp sites. I was testing them with mobile phones. I really couldn’t figure out where the messages went to until I found this forum. Okay, I get it, I have to be signed into FB. But…

on the one site I set up, I received an email saying there was a message to respond to in my FB account.

This didn’t happen on the second account.

So, what is the secret sauce or hidden realm that set up on Door #1 that isn’t on Door#2? Since I have no clue as to where to look. Id like to get the email telling me there’s a FB message that I haven’t responded to rather than have FB running all the time … see, sometimes I’m working and not on FB… and …

Email of WordPress post is only a summary

It used to be like this on https://elirab.me, but for some reason, from time to time, Jetpack disappears off my WordPress admin, and after I reload the Jetpack plugin, I cannot find the setting that gives me the full message.

First of all, congratulations for your great plugin, a gret work!

I am facing, what I guess is an easy issue. I am not being able to get a string from the function: $wpo_wcpdf->get_custom_field( ‘inscription_textbox2’)

My code is:

The problem is that apparently the email string that comes from the textbox called ‘inscription_textbox2’ is not being concatenated in the headers variable …

I am sure that the email is being filled in the ‘inscription_textbox2’ text field since it is being correctly showed in the pdf.

Do you have any idea about how to solve it?

1. Is there a way to send the donor a email confirmation? The most of our donors uses offline payment and the can only view the banking data from the receipt page. The don’t receive an email.

2. I need a copy from the Donation Receipt email for our accounting. How can I set this?

BCC Field on mailer tab

Hi David;

Form Design > Mailer tab

Would it be possible to put a BCC field in addition to the recipients field? There are many times that I like using the mailer functionality and need to have some people copied on the message, but do not want their email address to show up in the distribution list. I use this almost like a responder service.

Customer fills out the form and an email is sent to the customer in a nice format with the information they entered. I would also like that email blind copied to other email addresses such as a support desk or sales desk.

Can this be done?

I’d like to use TDO Mini forms to allow people to submit posts.

I’ve got everything working, except I would like them to be able to enter in an email address and upon submission the form would email whatever address they entered. Almost as a “tell a friend” feature.
