Is there a way to use HTML code to make a unique email with images etc via forminator? Do I need a special plugin?

So I have had this problem for several days. I don’t receive an email notification in some email addresses when a new order is placed or canceled. I have configured the emails properly, also there are no chances to have a block from the email itself, I have checked.
In one of the email addresses it’s just an email notification from one order, dating a few months earlier, but nothing else.

Any help how can I fix this issue?

i am using the conditional fields in my contact form.
But the e-mail what i get, is very long then, and every time i have to delete a lot of lines, before i answer my customer.

so i would like to “tune” the E-mail, which i get. is it possible to set a “if-then” formel in the E-Mail-configuration? for example:

“if field [number of guest] is empty (or <50, or equal 0…), dont show it in the e-mail”

How can i solve my problem?

For example, it shows like that “email address” (username@xxxxxxxserver) instead of email address (Name)

Can that be used with Mailing Group Listserv?

Would setting up an Alias be the proper way to connect the two or does the plugin need a separate email box?
