So there is currently no way to see the assignee’s name in this message, which means that we have to go into WordPress to check. This almost defeats the purpose of the notifications via Telegram.

I saw that there are these variables: {email_subject}{email_message}
It would be super helpful if there could be a variable {email_receiver_address}.
It would also be helpful if there could be a variable for a username, in case the receiver email address is associated with an actual username in wordpress.

Is this something you could add?
Or is there a way to use the existing codebase to achieve this, perhaps with some hook in php?

The ‘Encode contact data’ email address on contact page does not allow people to click to view teh email address. I also, now un-check this option to off. yet it still is active.

How to fix it for both issues?

It must be a setting I’m missing? Surely customers can come back and use the same email. Anyone?

I just installed CleanTalk Anti-Spam and it appears my email address and phone number aren’t encoded. Here’s what I’ve tried:

• Incognito tab (so I’m not admin)
• Encode contact data enabled
• Use output buffer: if I turn it on, I get some weird text on the page. Instead of “email Us!”, I get “20****@ch********.ch” target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow”>??email us!“

I am not sure whether it’s normal practice or not but my conversion rate went down probably because wordpress is showing error “Entered email address is not a valid email” while customers are typing their e-mail in checkout fields. Of course it works once you finish writing it but it’s really missleading for them.

Does anyone know how could I fix it ?

I am testing this plugin with Buddypress which I am using to create a members directory, I want to hide the member’s phone numbers and email addresses so that they are not publicly visible to logged out visitors.

What I need help with/would like to know:

1. The email addresses are being masked over correctly with whatever text I put in its place. In my case it is “sign up to see”, but:

I want to make my website so that only certain members of specific user roles can actually have access to the members contact details, so I would like to remove the mailto link, otherwise even though the email address is not visible, clicking on it still takes people to an email service provider which defeats the purpose of masking it. Can I remove the mailto link completely and is there a way to allow only certain user roles can visually see it when logged in? I am aware that there is a shortcode for masking phone numbers, but because I am using it on Buddypress members’ profile pages, these are not individual WordPress pages that I can edit and place shortcodes in.
3. The phone numbers are not being masked at all and I would like the same thing as in number 2 above, which is to remove the link for the phone number and simply mask it, until a user of a certain role logs in.

Is there a way to have user enter more email addresses in the email field, separated by comma?

If it is possible, I couldn’t find a way to set it up.
