White space under self hosted video – elementor

Hi,

For some reason my videos are showing a white space underneath.

The white space doesn’t exist in the original video. Something is putting it there when using elementors video block.

It looks like elementor is putting in some dynamic padding to account for the height of the video but it’s too much:

.elementor-aspect-ratio-219 .elementor-fit-aspect-ratio {
padding-bottom: 42.8571%;
}

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Elementor bug – page not displayed

Hello

I wanted to change one of my pages I created with Elementor. The page https://www.explore-the-ocean.com/team/ is shown correctly on the web. When I open the page with Elementor to work on it, only the momondo picture – which is one of the side bar items – is shown. Nothin else of this page.

I tried to clear caches and re-opend it. I tried different browsers. I tried to copy the page… but always the same issue. I opend some other pages, having the same issue. But its not on all pages.

I very much hope you guys can help me with this issue.

– WordPress Version 5.7.1
– OceanWP v2.0.6
– Elementor 3.1.4

Elementor Is Broken

Hi, my elementor widget seems to be broken. When I press “Edit with elementor”, the page opens but elementor part doesn’t load. The blue round thing keeps turning and turning. I really need to fix this ASAP because I can’t edit anything.

Elementor keeps loading forever ? here’s the fix

-login to your cPanel
-go to file manager
-open to your public_html folder
-scroll down to wp-config.php and edit it
-go to line 82 or something like that
-you’ll find the following code
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
add the following code under it
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
the ending results should look like this

-save and close all your tabs and clean the browser cache
-if that didn’t work replace 256M with 1000M

Hestia elementor bug? Pages not updating.

I’m using elementor and any changes made to existing pages don’t show on live site. My hosting company has taken a look and believe it to be an issue with the theme. All caches: browser, wp, host & cloudlfare cleared. Rolled back to previous version, done 2 restores on site, tested across browsers and networks. Increased php memory limit. I’ve regenerated CSS, synced library. Running out of options and ways to fix, this is really leaving me in limbo. Any suggestions desperately needed and appreciated.

Group Control not working in Repeater

Hello Elementor,

We are plugin developers based on elementor.

We are facing issues with “Group Control(add_group_control)” within “Repeater”.

It works totally fine but It doesn’t popup and just expand like normal options. Which consumes more space. And Doesn’t fulfil purpose of group control.

Note : We are facing this issues from long. If you need any further clarification or screenshot. We would love to contribute in to that as well.

Not working in Eleentor

This error appears if I have added the Twenty20 widget using Elementor Pro.
I cannot load the two images, either; the button for selecting an image does nothing.
