Edits made to page don’t appear on website

Numerous typos have appeared on my bio page above (bad spacing, run-together words, duplicate letters). These were not evident in recent months; a site visitor pointed them out to me. Same typos visible on multiple devices, different browsers.

When I edit the page from dashboard, all the corrections are shown. I click “Save”. The changes will not translate to the visible webpage online. I have cleared all the browser caches I can access. Any hints on how to surface these edits and correct my bio?

Cannot edit sidebar

Hi, I need help with the sidebar that seems standard on my Posts. It’s set to show an ad (I can’t edit it) and has a logo and sample text (in Latin, I can’t edit it). In fact, I would like to customize the sidebar but cannot. Please help! thanks.

At the moment I’m migrating my domains from one server to the other.
There are still issues in that not all the domains are moved yet, but the hosting company are working on it.

Meanwhile one server IP has the correct DNS entries, whilst the other doesn’t yet, as I’m waiting to conclude all domains.

So I can access one WP site from the current server and edit pages, and create blogs etc. So my question is:

If I’m editing on the old, are the edits on the old going to automatically show up when I access WP from the new server. I’ve been doing a little bit of work but when the old server is closed the DNS Records are updated to point to the new Server IP, will my edits be retained without the need to back up the WP from the old and restoring to the new and if there are new images uploaded to the old WP site, will they be available on the new?

I’m confused. Please help. Thanks

auto enrollment on different order status

I have a plugin that allows sudents to pay in installments. this plugin adds a new woocommerce order status, “partial payment”. right now tutor lms auto enrolls students only when the woocommerce order is “completed”.
I don’t think i see any tutor lms hooks I can act upon, so I probably have to edit the plugin’s code directly.
I found the funtion enrolled_courses_status_change( $order_id, $status_from, $status_to )

Should I be editing this? i guess i’d have to modify more functions, can someone point them out?

Hello! When I go to change the “About Author” text to “About The Author” (a little more grammatically on point)…it doesn’t change after I click “save.” Then, when I go to change the photo/icon from a square to round shape, it doesn’t work either.

Prevent posts duplication on Social Media when on post edit

i installed this plugin and created a recipe to automatically publish posts to a Facebook page and a Twitter account, but I noticed that the Automator duplicates a post even when it is edited by the user and then published again. Is there any way to avoid this behaviour and only autopublish the post after the first publication?

This may be more of a “feature request” or “does anyone know how I can do this” request – if the pro version is required for this also please do let me know. I was wondering if there is a way to see what changes a customer is trying to make when editing their own events. Admins need to approve said changes but sometimes the change is not obvious. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be great! Thanks.

I am no longer able to edit the information on the top bar. How can I do this? I need to update the phone number but cannot locate where I can do that now.
