How to edit caption heading and desription on Kale header image

Hi there,
I’m new to WP and blog building and apologise if my questions are too simple. I’ve viewed the Step by Step Tutorial for Beginners, but some functions seem to have changed and are not available on my Kale theme…

The caption header and description on the header image are not suitable for my non-food-related blog. Is it possible to:
1) move the caption header and description to another area on the header image?
2) edit the text of the caption header and description independantly of the Site Title and Tagline?
3) change font styles and sizes?
4) or remove caption header and description entirely?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Can Not Edit Style In This Section

How can I edit the font color in the text that describes the book in the upper right hand area of the screen. The font is black and therefore hard to read.
My preference would be to remove the entire photo of the planet in the background but when I do that it removes the photo from every page. So I just need to change the font color. I have edited the style (and font color) of nearly every section/widget/plugin but for some reason I can’t find the place that controls the style/typography of this section.

I want to edit the font of the disclaimer that is listed under the options in the Car Demon plugin. It is a little difficult to see and I want to make the font possibly larger and/or change the color to a darker color. Can someone help me find this portion of the code to edit the fonts?
