Hi,

Is it possible to leave the original entry unchanged in the form, and only add the changed entry to the table (Basically some kind of history)? I presume that option would be in the premium version of the plugin, right?

Is it possible on any version to display entries submitted by the logged-in user?

For example, when Jane logs in, Jane is able to view ONLY entries entered by Jane.

A user is able to view own entries.

Is it possible?

File Upload Does Not Work

I opened a ticket with this same issue eight months ago, and never received a reply. The project got put aside for a while, but I am back on it now, and the same issue persists.

When I choose to edit an entry and upload a new file in the file upload field it does appear to upload the file correctly, but after saving the entry the file is nowhere to be found. It’s not in the media library or the Gravity Forms upload directory, and it is not listed as an additional file on the entry. Please help resolve this. Thanks.

Can the user edit only yours send form entries?

It does not appear that form entry data can be edited while viewing directly. If this function is available, please let me know how to use it. If not, please add this ability to the next update!

How to edit entries for Custom Post Types

When I click edit on the entry in Gravity Forms, I am not able to edit any of the custom post fields.

When I go to the custom post itself and edit, obviously none of the fields are there to edit either.

How can these entries be edited?

So helpful when you don’t need a whole separate CMS

Hello All,

I am trying to update existing entries in Gravity Forms. I uploaded the entries via CSV and most of the data is accounted for. But some information may change or may need to updated. When I view an entry I see all of the possible fields with the option to edit. When I select edit it takes me to a basic posts page without any way to edit the entry.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Form Away Formidable Pro Editing and Downloading

As instructed in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4EQ-Qt_QYo I have created a view for a formidable pro form which is displayed nicely on the page. Formidable Pro also gives a shortcode to add an edit link for entries and the edit link is also showing in the form but on clicking that nothing happens, the page just reloads and we are not able to edit that entry even after setting the permissions for admin to edit other users’ entries. Please help with this, the support of formidable pro doesnot seem to help much.

Also is there a way to download all these entries shown through this form view just like we do for your csv files added through file away.
