The check boxes about EDD can’t be saved.

I have seen another ticket on your support forum with similar issue but it is marked as RESOLVED without any reply, so creating this ticket here.

Version: WPSOLR FREE 23.9.1

This is what I have for Downloads:

• Index all status. To replace search in admin too. Only published is shown in front search.
• 2 Taxonomies – 2 selected
• download_category
• download_tag
• 119 Fields – none selected

I’ve got two issues related to Simple Cloudflare Turnstile and Easy Digital Downloads(EDD).

1. The check boxes about EDD can’t be saved.
2. The invalid issue happens with EDD. Please see the descriptions that I’ve got through the conversations with the EDD support as below.

“Invalid username or password. Reset Password”
This error message always appears no matter when submitting with the registration form block or the simplified one on the checkout page.

I’ve tried to ensure the length is enough with at least one capital letter, one _, and letters or numbers even though there’s no any sufficient hints to let people know the rules.

After some tests with the EDD(Easy Digital Downloads) support, we’ve got a conclusion that is related to the Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugin.

The plugin is somehow triggering during the Purchase process and causes the login of the user to be invalid.

Usually, it’s the captcha plugin that has to fix things on their end. It’s similar to an issue that happened before by them and I reported it on the forums.

They had a similar issue a few months ago and I know they fixed it pretty quick.

Replied by the EDD support

I may have to deactivate this plugin for normally operation, I hope you can understand.

I can’t be sure if the EDD support has reported an issue to you. Please check these issues for me, and let me know if you’ve found there’s anything needs to be fixed on the EDD side besides of yours.
