During peak times, some customers are unable to log in to their account. I am unsure if this is a WordPress issue or an Ecwid issue. Most customers can log into their accounts, but for others, they get looped back to the log in page. I have reached out to Ecwid support several times with no response.

Fruit and veggie pictures on store front page (Ecwid)

I can’t get rid of the produce pictures that flash on the page before the categories. I deleted the default fruit and veggie categories and the products under them, but the pictures still show for a moment on the store page. Please help! I don’t have any kind of caching issue, to my knowledge.

Update: I removed the plugin as I’m going to try Woo Commerce. I would still appreciate an answer though, if anyone else has had this problem.

Ecwid orders no longer get recognized by Affiliates plugin. This started happening in February 2023. Can this plugin be updated to work with Ecwid again?

Editor Blocks Spectra Ecwid Store

I have an Ecwid Store embedded in my www.remarpro.com website. Along with the block editor that is part of Ecwid, I have Spectra Block Editor installed. It’s been a long time since I originally setup my store so I’m not even sure how I did it but I think there was some css code involved. Block editor works properly everywhere on my website except in one part of my store page. When I select the largest block, in the Store Home Page, the side drop-down menu shows but nothing happens when I try to select any drop-down arrow. There is a box for “Switch to draft” but nothing happens when I click “OK.” I’m unsure if Ecwid block editor or Spectra is being used or if my settings are just off. WordPress and all of my plugins are up to date. I appreciate any help, thank you.

Hi,

after several attempts, I could not resolve the issue I’m encountering with my store. Any products added will not show the description and prices unless I manually change the text/font color of the column in which the product is showing.
After changing the color though, a piece of code starts showing which says “ ’ Widgets=’Productbrowser’] “

I’m currently using Astra as a theme.

I believe it is possibly a conflict with Astra and I don’t know how to resolve this without having to ditch one or the other.
any help would be much appreciated.

I’ve used so many cart systems for my clients over the past 20+ years but none have been as simple to set up, yet have the power to run large scale ecommerce. I’m thoroughly sold on Ecwid and already have more people I will be bringing in. The plug in works out of the box in wordpress on facebook on amazon on… you name it. No additional plugins to purchase and no complex configurations to get it running. If I could give Ecwid 10 stars, I would.

I recently was considering using Ecwid and installed the plug-in. After a short time, for various reasons, I decided not to use it and go back to Woocommerce. After deactivating the plug-in and deleting it I seem to be left with a header intact but the site displays this:

woocommerce sale price start- / end date caching

i would like to use woocommerce sale prices, which have a start- and end date, but the cache is not updating, so there will be shown wrong prices and information about the sale conditions.

could you please recognize the “_sale_prices_dates_from” and “_sale_price_dates_to” when preloading the cache entries ?
