Problem with downloading the economy license

I bought the Ape Gallery Economy license.
But in the member section I can’t download the plugin.
I tried to get support for this. But I got no response.
I opened different tickets and I sent an e-mail…

In the member section I can go to products. But when I click on download, I’m landing on a 505 page…

I bought this plugin a few weeks ago…

Someone also got this problem? Can someone give me support about this?

$33-version is fraud

I was pleased with the free version and decided to buy the Economy version for $33. That was 27 Jan. When trying to install it after downloading, I got stuck: installing it via the downloaded files on my computer didn’t work, nor could I find anything in my WP plugin administration. So I sent a ticket via their website asking for more instructions. No response. I sent a direct email (could not be delivered by Gmail) and I used the contact form on their website. Only when I got angry and threatened I would report this to WP I got a response. They sent me a reply, they said, ‘but looks like you didn’t get it’. (No, it wasn’t in my spam box, I kept checking.) The instruction about installing it was:
‘After download of the key plugin you don’t need to unzip it …. it’s shouldn’t be EXE it’s ZIP archive of the installer for the wordpress. Premium key you’ll not find in directory, it’s available for download after purchase from the client member place section. If you wish you can send me WP admin account and we’ll help you with installation. It’s gonna take just 5 .. 10 minutes. Please let me know.’
These instructions weren’t very illuminating. Since I did not want to send my inlog to a firm that appeared to be sloppy, I mailed by return mail to ask for clarification. Surely they ought to be able to explain something like installing a WP-plugin to buyers?! The mail again could not be delivered by Gmail (I never have that problem before). A request via their contact form has notbeen answered as yet. I’m 1,5 months further and not closer to installing the plugin.
Conclusion: the free Ape is good (I recommend it), but don’t get swindled into buying a PRO version from these guys!! They’re frauds.

Activation error & question

Fyi, I just installed this and got an error back on activation
‘The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.’

So the question: This plugin is designed to record fuel usage for a single vehicle rather than for each registered site member to be able to record their respective vehicles fuel usage?
