Hi, I’ve set up product feed pro and I’m getting this error in google ads: “ecomm_prodid never received”
how to fix this?

Hello,
I’ve been using this plugin for a while and google ads is now showing me this error related with ecomm_prodid parameter that is not being communicated to the the retargeting could be successful, I think…

I can’t find ecomm_prodid in google tag manager and google ads shows that it does not receive this parameter. I have tried it without you are logged in as admin.

Problem with feed – not correct product ID

After some update, I have a problem with this plugin.

When I create a feed for a channel (Facebook Dynamic Ads / Instagram Remarketing) my id not equal id from the woocommerce.

The feed is bigger – but you can show one product – Дуб 3191. At woocommerce data – this product id = 8942. https://prnt.sc/pjlcrc

But at feed – id different and equal 8958 if you search Дуб 3191.

I have a lot problem with this plugin – because all the time I need to rewrite your code, because for default it not working correctly, for example – for default – it newer show correctly price:

ecomm_prodid and ecomm_totalvalue missing

Hi everyone,

I’ve installed the plugin, activate it, manually uploaded the feed into AdWords – Shared Library – Business Data (I can’t upload it to Merchant Center because Google Shopping isn’t available in Romania) and right now, my feed is in Pending review.

On the checkout page, the Google Tag Assistant displays just the “ecomm_pagetype” parameter (screenshot: https://prntscr.com/f7qjmq ) and in AdWords – Shared Library – Audiences – Tag Details, I can see these errors https://prntscr.com/f7qhgc about “ecomm_prodid” and “ecomm_totalvalue”.

1. It’s mandatory to upload the feed into Merchant Center ? Or it’s enough if I uploaded it into Shared Library – Business Data ?

2. The Pending review status of my feed can cause this issue ?

3. In AdWords – Shared Library – Audiences – Tag Details – Setup, I can see this message “Your account has been set up to use the Google Analytics tracking code for remarketing.”. Should I ask a Google Adwords support member to change it to use by default the Google AdWords Remarketing Tag ?

3. Any ideas about how can I make the “ecomm_prodid” and “ecomm_totalvalue” to work properly ?

ecomm_prodid prefix

Hi – Im using woocommerce product feed for remarketing so all the items in merchant center have the woocommerce_gpf prefix. In the datalayer there is no prefix, so I’ve added this prefix in the value field like this;
woocommerce_gpf_{{ecomm_prodid}}

This works when they’re visiting a single product page, but when visiting a category page with a lot of products the dayalayer puts this out:
ecomm_prodid: woocommerce_gpf_998\,1041\,1014\,946\,994\,1061\,989\,1052\,1047\,1046\,1045\,1037

As you can see the first product is getting the prefix, but the others not. How can i fix this?

ecomm_prodid empty & ecomm_category missing

I have some problem with the category pages and home page.

Google Adwords tells me that ecomm_prodid is missing for the homepage and category pages.

For the category pages ecomm_pagetype is set to ‘siteview’, ecomm_totalvalue is empty & ecomm_category is missing.

It adds ecomm_prodid: ” and ecomm_totalvalue: ”.

Productpages seem to be missing ecomm_category aswell.

Working but errors

Hi,

This plugin is awesome, thank you very much for providing this help.

I installed it and it is working when I use the Tag Validator, I can see it is changing the values for each page properly. However, I still get an error when I try to validate.

I have the woocommerce google merchant fed plugin enabled. I tried using the prefix with and without quotes just to double check and neither worked.

Is this something you can take a quick look at?
