There was a fatal error that crashed my website.?I’m hoping someone can give me some advice.
The problem seems to be with Ultimate Addons.
I get this message:
“This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 12 of the file /home/u833218598/domains/idesparmentier.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/header-footer-elementor/inc/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because the name is already in use”
What can I do?
I’m using Hostinger and old the webhosting panel next to my website name the “Wordpress Admin” button says “Invalid WordPress Installation” when you hover over it.

I tried to activate WP Job Manager – WooCommerce Paid Listings 3.0.3 and the site died.

I have access to my hosting provider, and I was able to remove the extension to fix the issue. It’s strange because I install this plugin on all my others sites with the same components. It’s only on this one that it generates this problem.

J’ai accès à mon hébergeur et j’ai pu supprimer l’extension pour corriger le problème. C’est étrange car je l’installe sur tous mes sites avec les mêmes composants. Il n’y a que sur celui-ci que ?a génère cette problématique.

]]>We are using a WP Staging site to test updates on plugins before activating them on our live site. When updating All in One WP Security from version 5.2.1 til 5.2.4 it caused a series error, and we got the “series e-mail note”. It says that “an error of the type E_Complie_error” happened on row 7 in the following file: xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/classes/firewall/libs/wp-security-firewall-config.php. The cause of the error was “cannot declare class AIOWPS\Firewall\Config, because the name is already in use”.
I wonder if this is due to the fact that we make the update on a WP Staging site (i.e. not the production site) – or if it is an actual fault that will occur also when updating on the live site? In this case, we would need to know what is causing this to happen in advance.

I cannot visit my wp-admin page and can only access my WordPress dashboard through the revovery mode link provided in the email I got from WordPress. Also, I can now go to my actual homepage by entering the url directly, and all other pages work except my /shop page. It just redirects you to my homepage. Please help. I do not know what to do, but I think the most recent WooCommerce plugin update may have caused this, and maybe reverting back to the previous version could temporarily fix the issue. Thanks.
