Hello Folks,

I tried connecting but no matter what i did i couldnt.

I followed the guides with Azure apps + Secret

error message is:

Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Cannot resolve CRM region: check CRM server url. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

Conflict with Dynamics 365 forms

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with the complianz cookie banner. As you can see on the page, the banner took some css styling from the forms on the page that I created with Dynamics 365.

Is it possible to make the banner normal style, without red box shadow or very long width?

If you need to extend your Power Apps (including Dynamics 365 CE) to an external facing website and you don’t have time to learn Power Apps portals or the licensing doesn’t quite fit your budget, then the Dataverse Integration is an amazing alternative to enhance your existing WordPress sites. You can easily create views and forms pointing to Dataverse tables and easily allow external stakeholders to create and update data. I would recommend being comfortable using FetchXML (use the XrmToolBox add-on) and get ramped up on Twig (almost identical to Liquid). I had some challenges with some of the popular page-editor plugins (like WPBakery) but if you add your code using an raw HTML element with the [icds_twig][/icds_twig] tags you should be good to go.

Hi,
i have a marketplace, so with many customers. One of my customer would like to import directly leads od his form directly to its CRM Dynamics 365.
But the client would like to make the connection via API, so that they do not have to share their accesses. Is this possible with your plugin? I’m asking because it seems to me, reading in the description of your plugin, that the connection is made by indicating a Dynamics user… but they don’t want to indicate this user because they don’t want to share their access data.

Some fields label not visible

Hi Team

I am new on setting up integration between Dynamics 365 and WordPress
Strange things is that some fields are not showing label after i have updated the form in Dynamics 365

Tried clearing the cache, Deleting the plugin. Still this certain fields label are not showing. In dynamics 365 this fields are configured to be visible

I am not sure if i missed anything

Hello, my team is using Dynamics 365 Integration Premium. We set the Registration settings like this:
Entity name (required): Empleado
Form name (required):Formulario Portal
Email field (required): new_correoelectronico
The problem is that the registration page (link:https://u442474778.hostingerapp.com/?page_id=108) we created , throw an error after we try to register a new account.
The error is the next:
‘new_empleado’ entity doesn’t contain attribute with Name = ’emailaddress’ and NameMapping = ‘Platform’. MetadataCacheDetails: ProviderType=Dynamic, StandardCache=True, IsLoadedInStagedContext = False, Timestamp=13837513, MinActiveRowVersion=13837513, MetadataInstanceId=22054148

update a field with static value in CRM using the emailid from websiteform.

I used a Dynamics form in website which has only emailid field for user input. If user submit a form then it should update the another field with fixed value of a matched record in CRM. The record will be matched based on emailid from website form with the value in CRM. If the user emailid doesnot match with any of the record in CRM then it should throw an error in website form. How can we achieve this?

email notification to the user on form submit

I had a contact form in my website which is integrated to dynamics 365 using this plugin. I looking for an option to send notification to the user email id. Email field is part of the contact form. To this email id we have to send a notification after form submitted. Is there any option to achieve it?

The additional items added to the list in dynamics 365 are not populated in Web

I had successfully integrate dynamics 365 form in my website using this plugin.
I include one of the dropdown field in the form. It shows all the items in list. After sometime I updated the list by adding 2 more items in Dynamics. It is working properly in Dynamics. But those added items are not populated in website form.

I tried to fix it by clearing browser cache but it doesn’t work. Do you have any idea why the added items in list are not populated in website.

I’m using Dynamics 365 Integration Version: 1.2.19.

This is a great plugin for integrating WordPress to Dynamics 365/CRM, easy to install and configure.

I’m using the free version and very quickly I was able to set up a contact form and see submissions appear in my D365 database.
