You are using FeedWordPress version?2024.1119.
This is my plugin versionWe are facing a strange issues: a LOT of post are being duplicated.
Following SQL in the logs, we find that posts are disambigued using “guid” field.
The strange thing is that guid are _identical_ for all occurrencies
We are running wordpress in AWS, in a fargate multi-instance environment, but we are avoiding concurrencies issues because we are not using internal cron of wordpress, it’s disabled. We are fireing cron calling, on scheduled basis, the website with ‘doing_cronjob’ (or similar) , as per WP documentation.
This give us 100% security about there is NO MORE THAN ONE instance running the scheduled cronjobs.
Even if (but it’s not the case), even if the source RSS could have duplicated item id, how is it possible that behaviour?
I use the plugin on 2 different WordPress installations, with 2 different themes.
I tried to keep the settings the same on both websites but for some reason, the posts on the first website are being translated without making additional posts in the backends, and on the other website when a language is added (I use Lingotek for machine translation) a new translated post appear without category, meta title or anything at all.
So this is making it a complete mess and a lot of work. Why do these differences accrue?
]]>I have set this up and it works well but each post is appearing twice on my wordpress site.
I cannot see what setting I need to change to make this work correctly. Please advise.
My site is:

]]>Anyway, running a sub-domain multisite install on the latest version of WordPress – 4.4.1. Anytime I add a new post, when I view the post, it displays every post I’ve created (in this case it’s just two). It’s almost like it’s taking whatever post was most recently published and making that the “posts” page. To complicate things slightly I have created my own template to display all posts by date and title link. On my two other sites, the posts and my custom template are working beautifully – live site here and the better example of working but “not live” here.
The site I’m having troubles with: WordPress Posts Page which looks correct.
Actual post here which looks just like the posts page.
My custom template here. On the template you can really see how it’s duplicated. The template also appears to be pulling the title of the most recent post as the page title instead of displaying the page title as it’s written.
Any thoughts on where I should be looking? I’ve confirmed all Theme Options and all Settings are correct between the three sites. All three are using the same child theme and styles so I’m not sure why this one site is off. Thanks in advance.
]]>I have separates of WP_Query functions one is for the What’s New and the others are for the specific categories like Gadgets, Sports, Business etc..
If the What’s New post is under the category of Gadget, on the gadget category area must hide the latest post or add offset -1 on the loop.
The purpose of this is to prevent duplication of my posts.
]]>Since doing that, however, FeedWordPress is resyndicating blog articles that have been either Zapped (Retired) or previously published. We’ve verified that disabling the PowerPress plugin seems to be correcting this problem.
Does anyone know what changes would need to be made to either Bluberry or FeedWordPress to prevent this behavior?
Thanks!
]]>Also, my Tumblr posts always come to WordPress as untitled. Any way to change this? Maybe I’m missing something….
Thanks in advance!
