Hi,

I have a problem with my website.
I’m using Flatsome theme but it’s rather not a problem in my case.
I want to use images with a 96 DPI value, but when I prepare the graphic and upload it to the page, it is automatically changed to 72 DPI.

Any ideas how I can change this?

Is there any way I can upload a retina version (@2x, @3x) of the login logo and have it displayed correctly? If not, are you planning on supporting this feature in the near future? I would love the logos to not look fuzzy on phone and iPad displays.

Logo is always blurry

When I upload a logo it always looks blurry on the invoice (PDF)

I’ve tried JPG/PNG, the file size is tiny, not sure whats going wrong?

Is there a certain criteria for logos?

Mine is 200px x 30px and is only 7KB. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello – We have been editing the ‘dompdf_config.inc.php’ file on line 241: def(“DOMPDF_DPI”, 96); changing it to 300 for better image quality.

Is there a function we can add to the plugin code snippets to replace this code by default so it is more compatible with updates?

Example: If I upload a stock image with 300 dpi (print use resolution), will EWWW downgrade it to 72 dpi (web resolution)?

Blurred logo for any DPI

I have tried to solve the problem by reading on the many posts on support forum but i cannot seem to find a solution.

I am trying to build this website www.mhccla.com but no matter what is the resolution of the image the logo appears blurred. I have tried with 75DPI, 250DPI up to 1000DPI but it is always blurred.

I’d like to have the image to appear crisp and sharp: what could i do?

Here an unofficial Simple Local Avatars 2.1 update which adds support for responsive 2x avatars via srcset attribute, similar to official WordPress get_avatar() in /wp-includes/pluggable.php

Incompatibility with Retina.js

I am using Logo Slider (Pro) on my side and noticed that on the page embedding this I am now getting a lot of requests for the @2x images, likely because my theme is using Retina.js. However if I add in the @2x images that are being requested by copying them to the server once the page is loaded and Retina.js does its thing all of my logos disappear.
