Stuck on “Downloading backup files if needed”

Hi!

I’m trying to restore from google drive. I’ve migrated my domain to another site.

I’ve configured Updraftplus and it was downloading everything from the remote google drive but a certain point it’s stuck downloading (i think) the last file.

Any idea? It’s stuck since 2 hours, the file is 2GB i’ve calculated that it must take 3 minutes (compared to the other downloads).

No errors at all since now…simply stuck

I have managed to export my customer’s details via Tools/Export. However there is a lot missing that I require. The information I require is on Customer Details for each individual. How can I download all these fields too?

I have a contact form 7 on our website, which users complete their details and upload a document. I can see how to access the url for the uploaded document in the Contact Forms List, however is there a quicker way of downloading these documents all at once? I export the data to a .csv file but also need any attachments too.

I am looking into installing this plugin, i have some questions about it

Can only one user like an admin be able to upload a file, and the rest be able to download

Can files be only be downloaded by specific users for example, document 1 can only be downloaded by user 1 , document 2 can only be downloaded by user 2

After paying for the goods, the goods are not downloaded

We’ve got a problem. Now users, after paying for an order on the site, cannot download it, they are redirected to one of the pages of the site. Also, the client no longer receives a confirmation email. Although earlier after payment, the automatic download of the file began.

Hey,

We were exporting users successfully and then the next day when we did the same, the page that normally comes up with the ‘exporting’ icon is not present and there is no download that takes place. Importing works. We have tried to export the same users that successfully exported the day before but this doesn’t work also. We have a sister site where import and export works fine.
Only change we have detected is ‘XL Woocommerce sales triggers’ needs a new license but we are deleting the site this sits on so we won’t be renewing that. Could the conflict be there?

Keep watermark on images after download?

Hello,
I’m using this plugin so customers can download images to use for collateral. I chose it because the images could have a watermark added to it. However, when the images are downloaded, the watermark doesn’t stay on them.
Can anyone tell me how to keep the watermark on the image even after they’ve been downloaded?

I like the templated grid-blocks. The plug-in is sometimes troublesome and slow loading them, as it is being right now. Its been saying downloading then loading gridblock sets for quite some time now. Site seems otherwise responsive. I think I’ll end up just copying another page to get past this annoyance. Thanks though!

PixelRockstar is a great concept, but it needs improvement. (e.g. the window for viewing images should allow more space for actual images, less print space)

At the moment, it simply hangs up after saying it is downloading image and adding to library. I was left with a blank page saying
“Mon, 27 May 2019 20:24:28 GMT”
Nothing more.
No image uploaded to library.

Perhaps the plugin needs updating?

Downloading PDF files onto iOS devices

I’m not sure if I’m missing something (like an additional addon) or what, but for some reason, whenever someone using an iOS device (iPad or iPhone) tries to download a PDF file from my site (via the Download manager plugin), the PDF comes down in a weird format, such that the user is unable to read it. However, if they download the exact same PDF via Android, PC or Mac, everything is fine. It’s only when downloading iOS that there is an issue.

Please advise. I’m not exactly sure what to tell users of my website. (BTW, ALL PDF downloads behave in the same odd fashion. PDFs of concern contain multiple pages.)

I’m using the following:
WordPress v4.9.8
WP Download Manager v2.9.83

There are no funky PDF plugins installed on my site.
