I created a website for a client but after moving to another Domain I got some problems with the Plugin.
First, the download Page doesn’t show anything. It’s just blank. Could this be a problem with Elementor? The Page is listet as “Music Store – Download Page, Elementor”, but in Elementor itself is nothing. Do I need a Download Page shortcode here?
The Second problem is with the preview Function of my Audio Files. It doesn’t work and in the console I get this error:
“Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The media resource indicated by the src attribute or assigned media provider object was not suitable.”
The Files are MP3’s and everything worked just fine on the old Domain.

I used download page shortcode on my home page to display the products, but the page is messhing up can any one please guide me, I user other themes too but the issue is not solved.

I wanted to upload a file each month with the data of specific customer orders.

]]>Actually, i am creating a website to offer free downloadable files, i am currently using your download manager plugin, but the problem is that i want to show details of the file before downloading, for example Software version, total downloads and all.
I love the Page Template idea, i tried to select a template (Simplified), but when i posted that short-code in a post it simply showed a simple file with direct download button without information like it was shown in the Template table.
I am currently Using Free Version of plugin in future i will purchase this but for now i really need to use “Page Template” provided in free version.
Can you tell me how can i use that Template?

This one really is easy to use.
Anyway this is not why I am writing, I noticed when you try to download without entering a password you get taken to a new page informing you that the file is password protected “click here” to enter a password. lick on that takes one to a page for that purpose all good. However, this page shows the blog entries with the “Hello World” etc which I am not using on this website. Is there someway to remove this, I didn’t see any options like on the usual pages where one can choose “full width”? ]]>
