Recently our website had a lot of the product/download zip files removed from our site and reuploaded, however ever since then the Downloads After Emails don’t work. I’ve tried rebuilding each “Email after download” instance with the directions to the new files but to no success, all instances of the “Email After Download” Plugin are still displaying the error “This download file could not be found. Please try again or feel free to contact us.” whenever someone tries downloading the file.

I have even created a brand new “Email After Download” instance with the new file locations and it still doesn’t work.

The Read/Write permissions of this folder that have the files are 755.
The Read/Write permissions of the files are 755.

The files are within wp-content/uploads/prior2022/freePacks

The folder “uploads” is 775 though.

What should I do or need to change?

Downloads protected by Ninja Form do not work anymore

Hi guys,
after using your plugin for quite a while without problems we have now run into an issue with the current version (not sure if it is related to the version update though).

When I protect a Download with a Ninja Form, all starts well. I click the Download button, I get sent to the corresponding form but then after filling out the form nothing happens. The success message we entered “Thank you for your download” gets displayed but no download is started. Nothing at all happens.

However, this problem only occurs when filling out the form the first time.
After having submitted the form (and the browser remembers that I submitted) when clicking the download button the download starts upon click with no issues.

So the problem seems to be centered around the initial form submission not triggering the download properly.

I’ve finally got all my products uploaded to Amazon and going through testing them all and everything is working fine on the simple products but I keep getting “access denied” for variable products.

They are the same exact products I have listed in my simple products.. same listing, same settings, same URL… identical. Does anyone know why it’s working for simple products but not on variable products? They’re audio files in .mp3 format or zip format depending on the size/# of files.

Persmissions is set to “EVERYONE”
Additional meta data “content/disposition – attachement”
Woo’s settings are on “redirect only.”

I’m using the direct As3 URL, not woo’s plugin & shortcode.

Hi,
I have been using this plugin for quite awhile and usually when someone clicks on the links received in the email, they download. Now they open a player and if they do a right click save as on the link, it has a file called index.php.

Help! Did something change?

that is right url for the song, but something is wrong maybe, also a bit concerning it is exposing my database hierachy on the error.
