We have had over 500,000 downloads in the past couple of years and it is bloating out the database on our site. The site is a test area so I cannot share the URL.
The client has purchased the pro version of the plugin.

I have a question… where can I find the logging of the downloads. I looked around, but can’t find it.
Thanks for your answer.

]]>The Download log records the downloads correctly, but user column reflects “”Non-Member” instead of the users email address as I would have expected.
Is this the way the plugin is supposed to work?
If not does the problem lie with my setup, Download Monitor or Email before Download?
How can I fix it?

]]>That said, is there a possibility that a future version may support the download log to be exportable as a .CSV file (similar to how the “Export Users to CSV” plugin does the same for the users on a given WordPress site?)
Our organization is getting ready to launch a WordPress version of our non-profit educational site; one of the reasons we’re moving to WP is for the very reason that we can keep track of the schools that download our files so that we may provide reports to our grant funders.
Being able to export a .CSV of the download list would be invaluable – being able to export AND archive the logs in 3-month periods would be fantastic too.
