We recently migrated to a new server (to Kinsta from GoDaddy) and ever since the renewal payments for Subscribers on Stripe have been duplicated.
Anyone else had this and if so, how did you fix it?
Using all the latest WordPress 6.6.2 and Woocommerce plugins.
WooCommerce Subscriptions Version 6.7.0
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Version 8.6.1
Server running PHP version:?8.1.29.
I checked the logs in Woocommerce > Status > and there are no errors.
When I studied the duplicate transactions in Stripe, one was from the http of the website and the other was from https. So the source domain was the same, aside from one didn’t have the ‘s’ in https.

I asked Stripe support and they suggested using an idempotency key. But I’m not sure how to add this into the Stripe plugin or Woocommerce?
Admin recieves E-Mail “New order” 2 times
Customer receives E-Mail “Order in Processing” 2 times
Order & Payment is only once, that’s lucky.
But Inventory is reduced by factor 2.
Happens only when customer pays with stripe, other payment methods are not affected.
]]>It seems like a great plugin, I like the simplicity. However, there is something that I’m struggling with. Is it possible to provide one service with 2 possible values for duration? I have one “dummy” entry for employee and I have created 2 services with distinct lengths, but this setup appears to lead to possible double bookings. Same thing seems to have been described here.
Is it something I have failed to notice or is it just that the plugin does not currently support the above scenario?

]]>I have WP forms that I have integrated with turnstyle, through their integration and it seems to work.
I have now this plugin. Integration is success and I have activated for all. Also WP forms. Then I get errors, maybe because of double check???? Disabling this plugin for WP forms was success for contact form. What’s your take on this? Do I disable integration in WP Forms or do I split it up across 2 integrations.
Some kind of check if there is another integration would be cool.
Just let me know which is the better way to turnstyle clear, and if I am on the right track here…
