Link Library introduces a ‘double spacing’ type of bug on the full page content pages…
This double spacing doesn’t exist on other pages e.g.

I experience this problem with the default stylesheet and no stylesheet…
]]>I searched in the forum for a solution and found one similar question from a year or so ago. The answer at that time was to reset calendar style to “default” under options. I tried that but no change, even after I refreshed the calendar.
I am using Windows 7 and I am a premium customer, if that makes any difference.
]]>This question is embarrassing to ask, but I have been stumped all afternoon. I use a self-hosted WordPress site that runs the Newspaper theme. Newspaper is one of many themes that is designed to run with the Visual Composer plugin. I am new to using VC and something is giving me trouble. Here it goes.
I am attempting to design the “Contact” page for my website- www.mentalhealthsuggestions.com. I decided to use the Contact Page default template. That template has one text box in the first row and two text boxes w/ titles in the second row side by side.
The following text is in the first box on the second row-
Newspaper Comunication Service
123 California St. Doargo
(650) 123-2558 (main number)
(650) 123-0247 (fax)
Email: [email protected]
I obviously want to plug in my company’s address instead of the generic one that is part of the template. But there is one problem. For me to put my address into the template it requires another line. You know, the one where you put the city, state, and zip code. Problem is that it automatically double spaces the line. So it looks like this-
My Company’s Name
Street Address
City, State
There has to be a very simple way to be able to toggle the formatting back and forth between single and double spacing but I simply cannot find out how to do it. And it is driving me CRAZY! Help!
]]>I like prepare my posts offline and sometimes must do it out of necessity when I don’t have internet access, such as on a plane. But when I cut and paste from Word to a new draft post at my Dashboard, I consistently get double spacing that wasn’t originally there.
I understand from recently reading previous questions and answers in this forum that this is a consistent problem with Word. But if I use an alternative to Word, such as Notepad, I can’t plug hyperlinks into my draft post.
I know that there is a bit of a clumsy workaround, in terms of deleting spaces between paragraphs once my draft is in WordPress. But in addition to being time-consuming, this does not solve the problem of the extra spacing between sentences that I do not want to constitute separate paragraphs (such as if I’m quoting song lyrics).
Is there any way of getting the best of both worlds – that is, preparing my posts offline but avoiding the problem of double spacing (if I use Word) or not being able to insert hyperlinks (if I use Notepad)?
Thanks for any advice.
]]>Does anyone know what i need to do to correct this?
The site link is www.rabbilevene.com – you will see the problem when you go to the text on the ‘about’ page.
]]>Here’s an example:
https://ampedforeducation.org/volunteer-in-nicaragua/
I want the paragraph of text on that page to be single-spaced but it appears to be double-spaced. When I edit the page and type in the text, it appears single-spaced but as soon as I click “update” the double-spacing happens. I understand the shift+enter technique to eliminate double-spacing between paragraphs, but I don’t know how to eliminate double-spacing in ALL the text.
I have no idea what’s going on – is there a setting I should change somewhere? Am I messing something up in formatting the page itself? I’m unfamiliar with code, but if that will solve this issue and someone can walk me through it I can figure it out.
ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Sarah
]]>Is there a way to do this?
NOTE: I’m getting better at WordPress but I’m still quite a newbie after two months, so please keep my newbie status in mind with your answer.

]]>When i am writing new posts for my wordpress blog and i hit the enter button to start a new paragraph i get double spacing in between. Is there any way to resolve this issue because it looks really horrible having massive gaps in between paragraphs and even images. My wordpress theme has been customised. I am unable to provide any link back to my blog because it is of adult nature.
Any help would be greatly appreicated!
Thanks,
