Pinpoint bookings can’t be changed

Hello,

Today, just the “contact information” as well as 1x the status of existing bookings can be changed. It is neither possible to change details like check-in, check-out, amounts or extras like number of guests or taxes & fees or the billing address nor can you change the status, once a booking has been approved.

This means, in case of a cancellation or any change of the booking, you can’t do nothing in Pinpoint Booking System, unless you hack the database. It’s even not possible to correct a type error or what ever.

I would like to be able to cancel an approved booking later on, set it back to pending or change check-in / check-out dates as well as amounts, discounts, fees, taxes and the number of guests as well as the billing address.

Unfortunately, I got no replies from [email protected] since November 4th and it’s not possible to log into the support forum. Therefore I’m posting the issue here.

Is it possible to add these features/possibilities or do other users have similar desires and are interested to develop an add-on to overcome these limitations?

Pinpoint Status “pending” can’t be set

Hello,

receiving a booking, I would like (automatically) to set the status “pending” and also instantly block the ressources in the calendar to avoid double bookings. The suggested work-around by “Enable instant approval” doesn’t help, because possible parallel bookings e.g. via booking.com would have priority by contract.

Process should be: Booking sets ressoures in calendar to “pending”, unless instant approval is enabled. Then admin can change the status to approved, rejected or canceled (as often as necessary).

Today, it is not possible to change the status of an approved booking at all. Some bookings even can’t be cancelled. There is no way to change or (for some entries) even to delete bookings.

Unfortunately, I got no replies from [email protected] since November 4th and it’s not possible to log into the support forum. Therefore I’m posting the issue here.

Is it possible to fix this or do other users face the same issue and are interested to develop an add-on to overcome this limitations?

Pinpoint – WooCommerce integration

How to connect the full PBS process with WooCommerce? I believe it should be either
a) SEARCH should lead directly to the product or preferably:
b) Pinpoint “BOOK NOW” button should not place the reservation, but put the product in the cart and then check-out would place the reservation. You might need a user setting (on Calendar level) to fully integrate with WooCommerce or not. This would be my preference, because it would work with SEARCH, POSTs, PAGEs and WIDGETs as well as with the WooCommerce SHOP and PRODUCTs. Obviously, each calendar must be connected with a product as precondition. Also, the layout of PBS is much better than the WC product for the apartments, rooms etc.

Is this already possible or about (when) is this planned and may I help with input or testing for this process?

Not possible to set DEFAULT for phone = Germany. How can I do this?
I tried your code from the support forum, but this breaks the layout and doesn’t work at all.

Pinpoint Posts are not translatable / “lang” can’t be set

Just Pinpoint POSTs are not translated, because “lang=DE” isn’t and can’t be set, while SEARCH, PAGES and WIDGETs are translated. Search in the front-end leads to regular pages and works properly, but back-end still leads to Pinpoint Posts.

Several Mails from October 31st to [email protected], but no answer to this topic for a week now. Means also no support for my other questions.

I have bought the PRO extended version for $95. I received an email confirming the order, but not received a licence, or login details.

I then tried registering an account with another email, and did not receive an email to confirm the account so I cannot login to the pinpoint website to contact anyone.

Today we purchased and installed the “Mollie Add-On” for Booking System PRO of https://dotonpaper.net/

Now we use WooCommerce with “Mollie Payments for WooCommerce” for specific online sales
(like https://flyboardworld-amsterdam.nl/cadeaubon/ )

and want to use

we want to use Booking System Pro for the reservations.

Only… after installing and setting up the “Mollie Add-On”, if we test some regular sale we get the error:

Now the support of Dotonpaper tells us to: “Please contact the WooCommerce Mollie plugin support about this error”
