i have reinstalled mailpoet and removed it and again installed it, i am keep seeing same error 401 unable to authenticate which i have priorly done. Now its again asking for a verification.

i cant access and mail or do anything like run a campign

Like people before me I can’t get past the DNS challenge.

I have version 5.7.5 installed.

I’ve use the reset button, no change and re-ran the form with “Generate SSL for both www & non-www domain” unchecked. The debut log stops at “Offering manual verification procedure.”

When checking propagation through a DNS checker, it seems like the record is not propagating although I’ve waited for a few hours now. Actually, it looks like only A record is propagating…

Maybe the problem is not with the plugin, but I have no idea what I can do to fix that. Can someone guide me?

I have got the meta tag information from the facebook business manager page but when I enter the data into the meta tag plugin and try verifying the page it does not work. Facebook says that the domain verification failed.

I already waited 72h and nothing happened, the error remains.

I am attempting to verify the domain on WP Encryption v5.3.15, but it fails at the “Verify DNS Challenge” The DNS setting has been setup for over 24 hours and tests perfectly fine at the network level for both:

(I added entries for both WWW and non www to try to troubleshoot the problem just in case things are getting confused)

The host is Amazon Lightsail WP Multisite. When you click on the button to validate, the error message returned is: “Something went wrong! Please try again. I have tried this on another domain name on Lightsail Multisite as the same result occurs.

Does this plugin have problems with Amazon’s Nultisite version of WordPress? This is Bitnami’s version of WP multisite and is quite complex, so using the file authentication method in a subfolder is not an option. Am I the first person to test on this host?

1) I don’t have ability to edit DNS records. Must use HTTP challenge method.
