Number in DOING_WP_CRON is random
Just need to strip ?doing_wp_cron …

]]>?doing_wp_cron= and then a string of text is being appended to the end of every page on the site. Also, at the end of that a “#” is being appended to the very end of the URL on every page except for the blog page and individual posts.
I have tried deactivating plugins, but nothing seems to help. Does anyone know what files could be causing this? I know the ?doing_wp_cron is related to scheduling posts or anything that uses scheduling like backupbuddy (which I don’t have installed).
I tried disabling the cron, but it crashed my whole website and I had to reverse the change.
]]>I didn’t read through all the posts here so if someone else already reported the problem, sorry for the duplicate. But quite frankly I just wasted enough time trying to figure out what what was causing the problem since all of my URLs were going crazy. I turned off all the security and backup plugins…blah blah blah and nothing changed. I finally turned this off and voila…cron crap gone.
Plugin deactivated = No more crons gone wild.

Thoughts?
Thanks,

]]>So for example, if you go to https://mabellearts.ca – often it resolves to https://mabellearts.ca/?doing_wp_cron
I first noticed it when I couldn’t get my RSS feed to resolve properly with some readers.
Can someone point me in the right direction to correct this?
