Site suddenly doesn’t exist – mental health charity so help needed asap!

I have always logged into our site wwww.thecounsellingpartnership.org via the link below.

However now I met with this error “thecounsellingpartnership.wordpress.com doesn’t exist” I believe our domain is with fasthosts who have said the issue with the hosting company who is Tucows Domains Inc. I have had no response from them.

Is there any other way I can log in to wordpress to see what is going on? Our developer who built the site two years ago is no longer available either.

We have people needing to book appointments via our website so need this fixed urgently. Any advice is very welcome. Is there any simple software i can use to gain access??

How to skip import attachement doesn’t exist

Hi,
I want to know how to skip these attachments which don’t exist? Because when import data, ajax will recall to import these attachment IDs. So time to import will be increased too much. Is there any solution skip these IDs when import data?

When logged in users click on “Account”, everything works fine.

However, when no one is logged in, and visitors click on “Account”, it has a “This page doesn’t seem to exist” message.

Is it possible to change that message to something like “Users must be logged in to see and change their account information”?

Before I changed the way my login screen looked by using the Colorlib Login Customizer plugin, the old login screen used to look like the picture at https://images.app.goo.gl/aYZMHzA1Ux1Pa5gs9. Now, I’m trying to figure out if a problem is from the old login method, or the way I changed it by using the Colorlib Login Customizer. My problem is that, when I use the login screen that I changed, it logs me in, but takes me to a page that gives me the message “You attempted to edit an item that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?” (If other users get that message, they might not know that they were logged in.) Sometimes, when I log in as a user that isn’t an administrator, I get another error message that sounds to me like it is trying to take me to a screen that only administrators can use, because it says that I need a higher level of permission. If it is remembering where I was before I logged out, is there a way to stop it from remembering? Can it remember where I was before I logged out, even if I was an administrator before I logged out, and I’m not trying to log in as an administrator? Could this be a problem with the form that I use to log out? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, sometimes when I log out it (1) takes me to the page that I made with the Colorlib Login Customizer, and at other times it (2) brings me to my home page (where there is a different login form). How does it decide which of those two to do? Can I tell it which of those two to do?

Couldn’t make connection to the DB of my site and when i tried fixing it with define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true); it returned this piece of text. Any suggestions on what to change/fix? This problem seems to come out of nowhere since the site is relatively new and does not have a lot of plugins or theme’s or a lot of information stored for it. By all means it’s a very clean site.

Posting here because I cannot DELETE the Fake Theme entitled: WILES (light porn)

A message pops up that says: This theme cannot be deleted because it doesn’t exist.

Please help me delete this Fake Theme as it is probably a backdoor for hackers!
