Dear support team,

Congratulations for your plugin. It looks really quite amazing. Problem is, it sometimes shows up in my page (bottom of my homepage, above footer) and sometimes (most of the times) it is not showing up. I wonder what may the reason be.

I’m yet not premium, I’m not sure about upgrading as I am experiencing this issue that I don’t really understand.

Is there a limit of times the carrousel will be printed out when you are not premium?

Second Language Front Page does not show up Customizr Polylang

Hi there!
Just set up a multilanguage webpage using Polylang on my customizr theme running on wamp. When I switch to my second language a basic page stating “Home” will apear instead of the front page with slider, featured pages, etc. Everything else works fine. Any ideas what I did wrong?

Super Socializer floating interface shows up on all pages of my WP site (using TwentyFifteen) without any probelm, except on WooCommerce pages.
Any idea how to fix the conflict?

This is a wonderful plugin but after I drafted it and previwed it, it no longer shows up–period. I have played around with the settings and no matter what I do, it simply does not show up. I want to use this plugin but it is not working at all now.

Wp Discuz – Will not show up in Comments section

I have downloaded and activated the Plugin, checked and changed the settings but it just won’t come across to show up on my site. It says in the description FAQ that it fully replaces the current comment system, however my old, stock WP comment system is still there. I have attempted to deactivate both the Jetpack comment system and CommentLuv.

Sub items do not show on submenu

Hello there,

I’ve been using this plugin. But now in one of my sites it causes me an issue. The drop down JC Submenu does not open the sub items on the main menu. It only opens the menu 1 item, then the second, and on the second there should open the third on the right side of it, but the nested items do not appear!

Please I am very concerned.

I would appreciate some contact information so I can give you the site details.

Favorite post link does not show up for every post

Hi,
I′m using the plugin with MyArcadePlugin and the favorite post link does not appear for every post and I cant figure out why. It seem to be the same posts, not random, but there is nothing different with them. All settings the same. But most of the posts it shows up just fine.

Anyone any idea?

I want to make a child theme but nothing shows up

I been researching the web for info on making a child theme. I follow directions and I think my problem is simple but I am all new to this. I save another file on my computer in the themes and create a new .css and hypen the folder with twentyeleven-child I am even adding the code to use the parent file so I can just change it by adding the corrections. The theme does not change. I am using godaddy as hosting and also installed wordpress through godaddy so they are connected. The Godaddy representative told me that was all I need. I feel like the changes I make on my computer are not being recognized by wordpress in the back end. Am I screwing this up because I am not connected through something like filezilla. Can anyone help me so I don’t lose my work editing the twentyeleven theme directly. Thanks

WP-Stats Graph Does Not Show Up

I updated the new plug-in for WP-Stats yesterday, and now my graph does not show up. None of the information that I am getting on the new stats page tells me anything about the visitors to my site, only about the stats of my actual site. It nolonger shows me how many visitors my site has.

I am barely functional in putting a site up, and I’ve searched these forums for help, but I don’t understand enough to find the areas that I need to fix. I think my theme is K2. Can someone please help me get my stats back up? I thought I was doing the right thing by updating the plug-ins as they came, but now, it has been a hinderance, and I don’t even know enough to know how to install a previous version. Thanks.
