Documentor PDF not generating

Hello again,

Whenever I click on preview and then click on the PDF icon for the created guides using Documentor in WordPRess, I get an html file. The only way to get a PDF is to click on the print icon and save as PDF. However, the PDF does not include the TOC (table of content) originally created in Documentor.

1) How can I make the PDF icon work?
2) How can I include the TOC in my PDF when exported? The point of using Documentor was to get to that solution. Our students are creating guides which are supposed to be easily navigated.

Hi, awesome job on the plugin. Also soon translated to Swedish (thanks to me ;)). I have noticed one thing that I need to solve one way or another. When we at my company write documentation we use Documentor (WordPress Plugin). Documentor has it’s own search engine within each document however Basepress is not able to index the content of these pages which makes it difficult to search abstract.

So is it possible to add other indexes to Basepress?

Or is there another plugin instead of documentor which can be indexed?
The reason we use Documentor is to have ready made templates which we can copy and have a basic structure.

I tried to give this plugin a fair shot and sent multiple tickets to support. No response. If you try to configure your document, child menus end up flipped upside-down. The PDF function doesn’t work, either. I’ve been trying to contact Sanjeev Mishra and his “marketing firm” Staenz for a refund and have received no reply. Please don’t bother with this plugin/developer.

Content Encoding Error

I have close to 2000 records in my guide and after about adding 50 sections today, I am suddenly getting an encoding error on the frontend and cannot view my guide. If I change the settings so that “sections load by ajax” it will display for me but each item in my guide is a section so displaying them one at a time at the top is useless.
I have the Pro Version but have yet to receive support for any of my tickets.

Is there a way to fix this?

Using the search always shows “number of records found” or “No results found” at the bottom of the page. I am sure this is a bug and not intended.
