The “Settings” and “Dashboard” tabs both show DKIM as being properly configured. But how can that be if I’ve regenerated it and haven’t updated my DNS?
]]>“Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the DKIM record required by Sendinblue has been added to your domain”
The same error appears on the Site Health screen.
I’ve also ran checks using third-party services who can also not see the records. I’ve checked my DNS records multiple times now and they are definitely in there and correct. Submissions from the website forms are still going to spam.
Is there a bigger issue at play with Google Accounts and Brevo? I was planning on purchasing the pro version, but not if there are issues with an email provider as large as Google.
If this is a Google Workspace issue, does anyone have any additional info on that? All I can find are articles about HOW to setup DKIM records, which isn’t the problem.
]]>I’ve set up all needed things on my hosting level – SPF, DKIM, DMARC. When I send email via Roundcube (hosting email client) or Outlook, I have DKIM: ‘PASS’ in that letters. SPF and DMARC also PASS, of course.
If I test via mail-tester, I get ‘Your DKIM signature is valid’ with all details of DKIM signature and public key.
Also I’ve set up WP Mail SMTP to send via Custom SMTP. And when I send some letter via website, then it always has SPF and DMARC – PASS, but there is no DKIM at all.
I’ve checked it in Google email (‘see original’) and also here: https://www.mail-tester.com
I have 9/10 score and only 1 clear problem:
Your message is not signed with DKIM
DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is a method for associating a domain name to an email message, thereby allowing a person, role, or organization to claim some responsibility for the message.
Could you please help me to find some clues to fix the issue?
