After Re-init variations products on category pages disappear

After I re-initiated the variations, everything seemed to work. However, on the category pages, the products disappear after a few hours. The site is available in both English and Dutch, with Dutch as the main language. When you switch to English, it seems to work just fine, but on the Dutch site, it does not. The shop page itself works correctly; the issue is only on the category pages. The site is built with Divi and the Divi Builder.

Please Help!!

Unable to Edit Course Page with Divi Theme Builder (Tutor LMS Issue)

Hi,

I am working on my client’s website, which is an IT Training site. The Course page is built using the Tutor LMS (free version), and I wanted to customize it using the Divi Theme Builder. I installed the “Tutor LMS Divi Modules” plugin, but I am still unable to edit the Course page using Divi.

Here are the steps I followed:

Installed Tutor LMS (free version).
Installed the “Tutor LMS Divi Modules” plugin.
Tried editing the Course page with Divi, but it doesn’t work.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can suggest a solution? I would appreciate any guidance on how I can edit the Course page with the Divi Builder while using Tutor LMS.

sticky navigation covers up lightbox image

The website’s sticky navigation (Divi theme builder) covers up the top of the lightbox image. Depending on how the window is resized and the monitor ratio, this happens with every NextGEN gallery. Is there a way to fix this so the full images are always shown?

Problems with multi-language funder (WPML based)

Hello there,

we created a funder with an English translation of the page linked above (see here https://www.frauenheldinnen.de/en/project/legal-aid-frauenheldinnen-speak-the-truth/). I did it as described on the Give-Website for WPML websites. I created a second funder for the english translation and linked it to the same funds. It appears on the english translation page without problems. BUT: It doesn’t show the income of the funds as the German version (see on this page https://www.frauenheldinnen.de/project/rechtshilfe-frauenheldinnen-meinungsfreiheit/). Can you help?

Popup not visible on Home page

Hi there,

I’ve just installed and initiated my first popup, which should be visible on my website’s homepage to visitors from the USA.

However, I am currently unable to get this to display on the homepage, ever.

I have linked it to one other page and can confirm that the popup itself is working, it’s just unable to display on certain webpages (ex. Homepage).

For added context, I use the theme: Divi.

I have one question:

How should I use WPLM in conjuction with WP DeepL?

I have both installed. I use a free DeepL and free API account (since I’m still doing tests) but all I can do is keep using WPLM.

I mean that when I click on create an English copy of my Spanish content it’s WPML the one that takes control of the whole process.

How am I supposed to create / clone a page and translate it using WP DeepL?

Divi Builder

I use the Divi Theme with the Divi builder. After installing the external media plugin I noticed the following problem. When I want to open a page for editing with the Divi Builder, the Divi Builder is not loaded. Only an icon rotates. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, loading works normally. Is there a solution for this problem?

Divi Settings, Styles etc. blocked

Hi there!

I’m using your plugin together with the Divi theme. Unfortunately, I seem to be configuring something wrong because with the Complianz plugin enabled, most of my Divi settings are not loaded. Not just the fonts, but also things like rounded corners, etc. Even after consent in the cookie banner.
I already deactivated Divi under Complianz -> Integrations -> Plugins, but with no effort.
Where and how is Complianz blocking Divi settings here? And can I fix that?

Support for DIVI Builder and Theme from Elegant Themes

Trying to limit the number of plugins I use, I decided to try the “Contact Forms Module” from DIVI Builder instead of installing a dedicated forms plugin. The DIVI module worked great but I was instantly bombarded by Spam ( I assume bots).

To limit bot access, I set up Cloudflare Turnstile for my domain and installed Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugin to set up my website. I selected my login page during installation and it worked perfectly and simply! Thanks!

However, there was no integration option for DIVI!

Is there any chance a DIVI integration option can or will be included. Alternatively a step by step “how to include this manually” in a FAQ would also work.
