Any plans to increase the number of fields and data available per listing from the MLS?
I checked few sites and realized that this is the IDX provider showing the very least data on a per listing basis.

Take for instance this listing:

Hey Fellow Plugin Users,

Our… YOUR… “Share” button at the top of the listing has not been working for at least a month! I identified the problem on May 9th and submitted a Support Ticket to Diverse Solutions.

I tested other Real Estate web sites using this plugin and every one I tested was broken too!

I was told the following by DiverseSolutions Tech Support on May 25th:
Upon checking with our Tech department, they have identified the issue, and will include the fix in our next software update. At the moment, there is no eta on when it will release but because this is included in the next software update that it should be in the upcoming weeks.

DiverseSolutions: How can you let such an important function go on broken for such a long period of time???

500 Internal Server Error on 30% or more of listings it appears the owner has abandoned this plugin, but continues to collect high fees from Realtors.Any official confirmation that this plugin is not longer maintained?

diverse solutions produces tons of 500 errors terrible for seo ranking on google

This plugin is generating tons of 500 Real Estate Data Load errors, specially with new listings. It seems Diverse Solutions rets download has some serious issues , many listings show on result pages, but when you click on them you get an ugly ” We’re sorry, but we ran into a temporary problem while trying to load the real estate data. Please check back soon.” message. This is terrible for google SEO ranking. It is happening with about half of all new listings, they don’t fix until 2nd or 3rd batch of downloads after the initial that generated the new listing.

I recommend everybody to go through your result pages example: https://YOURSITE.com/idx/ and start clicking on the most recent listings, order the results by “time on market, newest first”, click on as many listings as possible you will be surprised by how many listings are on error status. This is very bad for ranking and if you search on your google webmaster tools you will find a high number of errors and warnings from google.

What in the world are the former Zillow engineers doing to this IDX?

Please fix this ASAP getting a lot of complaints, way too many, it is a matter of compliance.

wrong mapping and listing data manipulation represents a liability issue

This plugin relies on Diverse Solutions (transitioned from Zillow Group to new owner Market Leader https://www.csisoftware.com/our-companies/private-sector/perseus-operating-group/) downloading the MLS listing data (RETS) and mapping it into a database from which the listings are embedded on the client sites through this plugin.

The staff in charge of transitioning away from the shared data with zillowpress ( Zillow Agent Websites https://www.zillow.com/agent-websites/ ) manipulated the mapping and database fields in way that this plugin and diverse solutions have gone from one the best IDX solutions in the market back in 2011 to the least reliable one in the market and representing a liability issue for diverse solutions, realtors and Realtor boards when it comes to data integrity .

The people doing the mls mapping limited the number of bathrooms to 9 maximum, please remove any limit on the number of bathrooms.

This site using zillowpress (same way was for this plugin prior to June 8th, 2017) you can see all properties showing the correct number of bathrooms , full and half included:

Another issues with the data mapping include limiting the number of fields on the listing additional details section, it is ridiculous that is limited to only approximately 20 fields only when zillowpress continue to show way more fields of data for only $10 per month on the same type of plugin.

Another big issue is that the mapping people over at Diverse Solutions cut the size of the database fields so not only showing very little data fields , but some of the few fields remaining are cut in half or not shown completely, in the previous example :

So they modified the bathrooms fields limited to 9 baths , not showing full and half anymore
They cut the number of listing fields to more than half in many cases and eliminating many of the relevant ones to consumers.
They cut the size of the database fields so the data shows incomplete and words cut off.

The questions are:
Was this done intentionally or accidentally?
Was this part of a Zillow Group – Market Leader Agreement to degrade the product?

More importantly this represents a liability issue because of data manipulation.

Please address this publicly and fix or assume responsibilities.

This is a paid plugin that relies on Diversesolutions.com API and sever.
Sites powered by this plugin are down 20-30% of the time.
The big problem is that yesterday the company shut down the api without any warnings to customers the way they did yesterday messed up will all sites using this plugin, took down all sites, not login , nothing. This is the norm.
All users go crazy when this happens thinking is their hosting company or other plugins or wordpress script itself.
We need more transparency from the new owners here https://www.marketleader.com/company/contact/
and here https://www.csisoftware.com/our-companies/private-sector/perseus-operating-group/
They don’t like support requests here when problems arise , but where else? their product forum is full of spam here https://forum.diversesolutions.com/
They like individual support tickets so nobody realizes and that don’t address or communicate to all paid users. These are issues that affect all users for a publicly available plugin here at wordpress we need more respect and transparency
Probably a class action or refund from the company to all realtors can repair part of the damage done for years.
Realtors can also complain with their boards.

If you are considering using this plugin, you should already have an account with Diverse Solutions.

According to posts at Themeforest, Diverse Solutions has stated that it is no longer accepting new clients.

I have not been able to get Diverse Solutions to return calls or emails about new accounts in over 2 weeks.

The poster at Themeforest claims to have received this email response when enquiring about opening an account…

I’m using Realia WordPress Theme for a real estate website. We’re having an issue with the search listing widget on the home page. The drop down menu does not work on the home page, but does works on the inner pages. Its the same widget on the home an inner page templates. We did however customize the home page and replaced the default theme property search with the IDX search widget. This did work on the home page before replacing the default search.
