Even paid plugin doesn’t work

I bought that plugin a month ago. It’s not even able to import what’s exported with it. It can’t connect attributes to variation, it removes attributes, in some situations, I guess that it replaces products in wp_posts, as post_date was set to the date of importing, which then makes old products to be shown as new in sliders and search. When I try to add one attribute, it removes all others… I’ve thrown my money… I am very disappointed…

Their chat help is a joke compared with other companies. Of no help at all . Usually nobody there. If it does not improve for the next days I will ask for a refund.

I have bought Astra Pro and instaled a template. Lots of problems and function that didn’t work correctly in the template. Specially the legacy widgets. I like the many option of the theme but if functionality is not there it is of no use for me.
I will be looking for other options .

This plugin is definitely overrated. I installed the plugin and none of the pages were optimised. The settings field also did not respond. I reached out to 10Web but even after the latest update I still experience the same errors. I also cannot add any page as it gives an error that “URL” does not exist. The home page was also broken because the plugin disabled wrappers. After all the good reviews by Youtube influencers, I expected so much more. I will revert back to Nitropack. #Dissapointed

I’m paid customer for 2 years. After recent updates, my blog started generating gigabytes of cached files after I edited some settings in Asset Cleanup. By today it’s 40Gb and growing. I constantly have to increase the space of my hosting and clean some files, as it will just interrupt the availability of my website.

I wrote to Gabriel Livan and provided all the requested information. However, haven’t heard back within 3 weeks. After multiple attempts get support I’m writing here… It’s so frustrating. I feel myself a hostage of this plugin now…

Such a waste of such a useful plugin.

If a plugin stopped working because the developer abandoned it or decided to take it down that would be sad but understandable. But when someone takes such a nice useful plugin and replaces it with something else and starts trying to force all its users to buy a pro version in order to get features that were originally free, that’s just pure greed and evil.

I hope whoever did this soon realizes this act of pure evil and retracts.
May god forgive .

There is no way to get support without buying except leave a review? mailchimp isn’t set up yet and you suggest another plugin MailOptin will not work unless I pay for it? Created form with MailOptin and nothing happens just spins and spins. Will not send an email to my email address? There is no documentation to fix it and get help? I can’t wait around for days. Too bad it looked promising I will have to go back to the old plugin. Really disappointed!

You cannot add more than ONE staff member, which means you cannot add different time slot availabilities for different services, the staff member’s availability controls the available times that a customer can choose. This was a complete waste of time and a huge disappointment. I am so annoyed. If anyone has suggestions on other free booking plugins I can use let me know. All I wanted was to be able to create services, prices, and date and time availability for clients to be able to choose from.
Thanks for the work you put in, but it felt like a scam, you should just call it a demo because you cannot do much with the lite version.

Issues after upgrade

Just updated Evolve this morning. The site title changed white which made it disappear against the background, the font color of the menu changed to gray and a bold white on mouse over, so they disappear. Had to change the color of the backgrounds, which now appear differently on the mobile version too.

My “clean” looking site now has 3 different colors and looks like crap.

I’ll be finding a new theme to use. Stop messing with a good thing.
