With Yoast Seo allways show “User | Sitename”.

Hi,
We enjoy Admin Columns free edition.
We are using wp_users.display_name for the company-name of the vendor.
In the admin backend list of wordpress users we can show a column with display_name.
However, it is not possible to choose the display_name in the back-end list of woocommerce orders.

Would it be possible to show display_name in there as well? (maybe your pro version?)

Not Updating Display Name

I’m trying to use the plugin to update a list of users who were originally created with this plugin. Even though I used “display_name” (lower case letters) as the field name, the field did not import correctly on my first upload (username was used instead; several users have no display name set at all).

I am now trying to update the display_names for all my users (2,800+). The plugin will update all fields except the display_name. The display_name is not changing at all when I import the new CSV.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I have found documentation regarding how to make the username appear in the navigation menu, but my install does it by default and I don’t know how to prevent it from happening.

Your support docs (specifically https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/132-conditional-menus) explain how to show the display name on a menu item using shortcodes {first_name} {last_name} {username} {nickname}, but I don’t want the name to change from ‘My Profile’ (for example). I haven’t added any shortcodes to my nav menu either, but the nav keeps changing.

How can I stop the display name appearing in the menu instead of the page title when a user is logged in?

display_name not working anymore after latest upgrade

After the latest updade user display name is not displayed anywhere in my site i.e menu shortcode display_name in Menu only printing {display_name}. In members directory no display name is shown under the profile picture. Also in the comment section comment author name is not displayed anymore. In User profile page also display name and status field is shown blank.
