Slider Width Won’t Display 100%

My slider/slider image won’t display with a width of 100% across the page. I’ve tried modifying the slider settings and I’ve tried adding additional CSS but I’ve had no luck. Any solutions?

I am testing ‘BasePress’ on our staging site before moving it to the live site. It’s looking great so far, but the plugin is not displaying full page width.

Since a full width display is our preference, hopefully you can help remedy this situation. Perhaps some CSS or other added code?

Single event – Width displays wrong

I am unable to get the single event info page to display properly. The detail information (on the side) is cut off. I have tried using both default and modern styles. I also added the following to the custom CSS in hopes it would work.

@media only screen and (max-width: 960px) and (min-width: 768px)
.mec-container {
width: 600px;
}

What am I missing? Thanks for your help.

Posts not displaying full-width on iPhone 6s Plus

I’m confused because all of my blog posts, except the most recent (published October 6) are displaying fine when viewed on the iPhone 6s Plus. However, my most recent post is not stretching to fill the fill length of the screen? The post prior to that was published June 22, so I don’t know if there’s been a change during the WordPress updates that is formatting my new posts differently for some reason?

It’s strange, because the main blog page is also displaying correctly. It is just this one post? (Everything, for all posts, looks perfectly fine when viewed on desk top.)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Jetpack, Tiled Image Gallery, gallery width

Hi, I’m testing driving the Jetpack image gallery stuff. Like it much so far. I have a question about the tiled gallerys.

How do I make them expand to fill the entire width of available space. All the other galleries seem to do this naturally.

I’m using Weaver II as a theme. I’ve got test galleries set up here:

Zenlite image display width

I just switched to Zenlite theme and I think it’s even more satisfying to my needs than Pilcrow (much as I do love pilcrow!!). Fingers crossed, no problems yet! It even appears to be handling my wide images and banners fine. I am curious, though, about the exact dimensions allowed for display width. Can someone advise where in the files I would find out? I realize not all themes put their info in the same places… And again, I know very little about css.

What are the dimensions for image display on Comet’s latest version? I really like it, but I’m seeing a bit of automatic resizing going on, in my main post images. They are linked to original larger-size ones, but I’d really rather not see that resizing on the post displays. Kind of degrades photo resolution just a little. My pictures for the posts are approx. 950-960 px wide.

And that raises the Q. of where (if anywhere online) I could find a handy means of finding out what image dimensions each theme has? It’s pretty hard to tell sometimes unless they make it obvious (such as with the Zack990 theme). I’m no expert with CSS and if the dim’s are buried in the files I don’t know where? – lol
