enabling disabling the plugin doesn’t work, emptying cache either, disabling etc. no snippets list…
Safe mode does’t make any changes.
Pease advice, i’m stuck on this.
I tried to check the database to try erase the tables, but no tables for the plugin…
could I try to modify a snippet manually via FTP, deleting the snippets folder and delete the plugin folder ?
Can you advice on this, on how to uninstall completely, and fresh install, that’s all I see for now, unless there’s an fix on the way ?
Many thanks
Great plugin so far until now
regards,
Robin.

While mobile design often involves showing cut-off elements to indicate more content, this approach appears visually unpleasing on tablet and computer versions.
I kindly request support to investigate and address these visual “cuts.”
today, I have adapted the footer of my page and added a new link to my e-mail newsletter archive at the very bottom (right column). I styled the link with a white top border, 1px width. But after saving, the site was displayed with a border in the bottom instead of the top of the element. If I disable W3 Total Cache, everything is displayed correctly. I already purged all the caches multiple times but the problem persists. How to fix this?
I use WordPress 5.8.1 with Elementor Page Builder 3.4 for designing the footer. W3 Total Cache version is 2.1.8

]]>We have a client who recently built themselves a site and have been coming to us with questions as they encounter issues. They have a large amount of products and needed a method of creating a searchable/filterable catalogue (with a rather limited budget), so we suggested they use WooCommerce to create the catalogue, with custom taxonomies and this plugin for filtering searches.
That seemed to work well for them, however they recently brought a weird display bug to our attention. When performing a search with just a taxonomy-based filter, the results aren’t displayed in the typical, neat grid they’re supposed to – they seem to have empty gaps in the results. The URL I’m including should give a good example. Also, they’re using the Divi theme.
Looks like the developers have shifted their focus to support for the Pro version so I’m not sure we’ll get an answer from them, but thought posting here might still be worth a shot. Anyone encountered anything like this or have an idea what might be causing it? Haven’t been able to track it down yet, but we’ll post an update if we manage to figure it out on our end too.
Thanks!
]]>When selecting the Shopfront display template the shopfront ignores the Hero content configuration that is in the template page. Causing the Shopfront to have a horrible temporary ‘replace me’ image. I have been able to replicate this multiple times by creating new pages, validating they look correct then changing the shopfront, the hero always comes back and looks positively awful!
The Cart and Checkout both work perfectly with no issues what so ever.
I am doing my best to avoid the Shop page entirely but there are some hard coded instances that I cannot change myself.
Can anyone advise how I might be able to get this resolved?
]]>I just wanted to inform you of a bug I’m having, when displaying the event calendar on a mobile device/small screen.
Instead of using the full screen space available, each calendar entry is displayed in one long vertical line (see screen capture enclosed).
Check: https://www.fleamapket.com/events/
Thanks for your help!

]]>When browsing the event calendar feature on mobile, the monthly calendar view is broken: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByQ9ulyhJ_2bWjFjUVJiOEsyYm8/view?usp=drivesdk
You can test it for yourself here for instance: https://www.fleamapket.com/events/
Could you give me a workaround, or at least tell me how I can show by default the “list view” to mobile users (instead of the monthly calendar view)?
Thanks a lot!
]]>Thank you for your plugin.
We are facing a strange issue with the layout here.
When we have whole day events, we would like to see them below each other but not behind as actually displaying.

Do you have a solution eventually please?
