will disabling previews + regenerate thumbnails remove those disabled image files from the server to clean it up?

I don’t have a lot of images on my site. How do I remove these empty thumbnails at the bottom of post and such? I have already searched some of the other threads but didn’t find a solution. Seems like there should be a simple checkbox to disable this.

Great job on this plug-in. In the future, it would be nice option to disable the post date. Another useful option would be to have an ordered list for the results, eg, to give the top 10 posts.

Disabling thumbnails not working

Hi,
This is exactly the most popular post plugin I am looking for.

However, I would like to disable the thumbnails. I have set the widget thumbnail size parameter to 0. However, the thumbnails are still displayed. See my site:

Thank you for your script. First time trying it out. I have 2 issues I have been wrestling with and just cannot achieve on my own (I am not a coder)

Is there any way to disable or hide thumbnails altogether, so all you see is the large image only?

Also how can you get the title, caption or description positioned at the top instead of at the bottom? I saw settings for the nav and pager but not this.
