Can I setup your plugin for a search function for entire content of the website, including not only posts , but listings of the directory plugin. Is it possible ?

HI! I’m trying to set up a directory search for a client, and I think this plugin will work. However, is there any way to create a ‘Filters’ bar and have the names filterable by “Last Name | Practice Area | Position”? sort of a light weight version of one of these:

Search is yielding no results

I am in the very beginning stages of creating my directory. I was practicing searching for my listings and they were appearing. They now are not. I am searching for tags and titles and categories and i get no results found.

I have a very large directory to create and don’t want to continue until I know it is going to work.

We have 5 sites and plan to purchase the multi-site plugin – but wanted to get a feel for it and make sure it all worked before me made the investment. Please help me figure out what I have done wrong.

How do I add more pages to my search results?

I am using a business directory plugin and added 60 entries to it. If I do a search, it only shows the first page of results and hides all the others. How can I show the entire results, either on the same page, or to show on following pages? I understand this is a limitation of WordPress, and not the plugin. Directories are useless if it can’t do a search properly.

I am trying to decide which open source CMS is the best way to build a new Lead Gen – Directory Search website. Something identical to sites like or

I would like to use an open source CMS like WordPress but have been given conflicting opinions of whether it can be done. Most say I need to have a proprietary CMS developed to mirror what these sites are doing.

What are the thoughts of all of the WordPress Gurus out there regarding this dilema?
