Not only are the features really extensive on the free version, but i had a support request which was responded to within a couple of hours and resolved shortly afterwards. Much appreciated thanks so much to Pluginsware. This is also the best listings or directory plugin that I have found after doing a lot of research. The layout is also really great.

Hi,

We have a project with an embassy who which to have a directory of preferered suppliers. CBePro listing:

Upload an excel file with the of the preferered suppliers?
Show different fields for logged in members as opposed to the general public?
Allow for additional directory fields?
Allow filtering on specific fields when searching for results, based on business type?

Can you let me know which add-on products are needed to accomplish these requirements.

I plan to build a Directory & Listings Web site, the main use of WP Job Manager released to market information and predefined areas.

1. I think of an idea, to divide many cities

1) Create multiple page, each page corresponds to a city, the user to switch to a different city via the navigation menu. Site administrators can control each city show on different personalized content.
E.g:
https://127.0.0.1/ City 1
https://127.0.0.1/ City 2
https://127.0.0.1/ City 3

2. The problem I encountered

1) search and inventory list page, the default is the entire region. I want the user to switch to a certain city, only display content corresponding to the city in search and inventory list page.

I plan to build an international classified ads/directory/listing portal with

* multi-country several levels deep, eg, Country > State/Province > City > Borough > Area >
For example: USA > New York State > New York City > Manhattan > West Village

multi-category several levels deep, for example:

Motors > Automobiles > Toyota > Sedans > 2-wheel Drive > Diesel > 2011 > 10,000-15,000 kms > $3,000 – $5,000

But my theme, and 100.00% of WordPress themes are not capable of this type of functionality, and this is according to all theme authors I have contacted, in spite of their claim that their theme will let me build anything , that their theme is the last theme anyone could ever need, that their theme is the last theme that anyone would ever need to buy, etc. etc. But when I ask, each and every single one of them says I need to look for a plugin that will provide such functionality. So my question is what search term(s) should I input when searching for the plugin that will let me add these locations, sub-locations, sub-sub-locations, categories, sub-categories, sub-sub categories, etc. etc.? Should the search term be taxonomy, or custom fields, or advanced custom fields, or what ???? I have been searching for months, and the 2 o 3 that I have found might not even do the job and/or are not compatible with buddypress, bbpress, woocommerce, etc.

adding visitor contact details to inquiry e-mail & customize page layout

Hi There,
I am using WP 3.7.1 on the Genesis Framework and Associate theme.
I started using your plugin today to build a directory and classifieds website and really like it.
However I have tow questions:
1. When someone that’s not logged in to WP Admin visits the site and responds by clicking the “Contact” tab and sending a message, the message gets delivered to my WP admin e-mail, but there is not contact details on the e-mail. The name and e-mail fields are empty. How do you capture a non logged in user’s details, since you cannot expect every visitor to register an account just to make an inquiry or contact the listing holder?
2. Can you customize the default directory page layout to display listings in coloumn format so that you have two or more columns with the various sticky and featured listings organized into columns, similar to the directory categories?
