I’m collecting donations, and people are using the Donate with Stripe – SEPA Direct Debit road to donate money. Amazing, but the money doesn’t show up in our bank account, and the donation keeps having the status ‘Processing’ even after months.

Good morning all, I like the look of this plugin very much and the reviews seem to bear out what i want from this type of plugin.

I not that there are several payment integrations but I am specifically looking to integrate go cardless as the costs are significantly less for me with low subscription amounts vs a card payment system.

My quick question is has anyone integrated go cardless or would anyone have an idea that this might work with go cardless?

I have a go cardless plugin but i can only imagine the potential problems i might face going this route, or should i press ahead and test?

Direct Debit for German Customers

Hi there,

If I enable cart payment our German customers are provided an option on the pop-up to either pay by card or direct debit (“Bankkonto”). In Germany this is called “Lastschrift” and used to be a seperate payment method within paypal, on the discuntinued paypal plus plugins.

While this is nice, customers would not know in advance that they have a direct debit payment option. Thus, is it possible to add direct debit (“Lastschrift”) as a sperate payment button under payment methods?

Stripe Direct Debit, Bank Sort/Acc. No.

We are using Stripe and the SEPA Direct Debit solution, the only option for the user to input is an IBAN number, my client feels this would be too confusing to normal UK users, they feel that users are more used to adding a Sort Code and an Account Number but there is not option that I can see for this, is this not something that is available?

Woocommerce Subscription Auto-renewal with Direct Debit (BPI)

Hi, I just had a query regarding the Direct Debit (BPI) feature in Xendit. Since it is supported in Woocommerce. I wanted to know if it is possible to use it with Woocommerce Subscriptions for automated renewals, ideally the customer will pay once using the Direct Debit (BPI) option and subsequently all renewals will be automated through Direct Debit.

The plugin currently only seems to support ‘Credit Card’ method for Automated subscription renewals.

Please let me know if it is possible to do this with Direct Debit as well.

Non mandatory BIC/SWIFT

Guten Abend!

I guess this should be simple. Regarding SEPA direct debit payment, sometimes customers don’t know the BIC/SWIFT for their account right away and have to look for it. Having that field being mandatory during check-out slows down the process and can be a little annoying for them, specially considering that the BIC/SWIFT can be easyly obtained from the IBAN.

I would like to make that field non-mandatory just to smooth a little the payment process. Can it easily be done?

A Premium Plugin and Support for FREE

What this plugin does is something really hard to find. At least in my case I couldn’t find any serious alternative for SEPA direct debit payments including the legally required Mandate, working as expected.

The plugin has premium benefits but its free version already offers some really interesting (premium) solutions.

Excellent contribution to the OPEN-SOURCE community that will allow many people to start and grow.

I only missed the official documentation being in english (although that’s not my mother tongue), but that’s compensated with a quick, efficient and free support.

Keep up with the good work!
