We are planning a rollout of a e-commerce shop online but to have a development version of the site, and a production version of the site.
Can Jetpack Vault Express be installed in a development setup and then clone changes to the production site once changes are approved?
Kind regards,
Reinhard
]]>Two part question
1. I have a dev site. I want to make sure it can’t be crawled but I do want to install the SEO Framework and get all of the SEO ready. Please advise. I couldn’t find anything in the forum, but maybe don’t know the correct search terms.
2. My site has a lot of events (The Events Calendar). Are there any special SEO settings for event-based sites?
Thanks much
]]>I’m looking to purchase the pro version and would like to set it all up on a duplicate of our live site beforehand. The duplicate site is hosted on siteground – url ends in sg-host.com. This url format is not mentioned in the FAQs on the download page under development sites. Will the plugin recognise this or will it count as my activation limit – I only need to purchase this for one site.
Many thanks in advance
]]>This debugging email is sent when you are using a development version of WordPress.
If you think these failures might be due to a bug in WordPress, could you report it?

I have gone through all the steps that I normally do. I have copied the files, exported the database from the production site, and imported it to a new database, which I have linked to in wp-config, and before all that I created a subdomain on the new domain.
When I go to the new subdomain – as you can probably tell, I get a security warning about the SSL certificate. I am not sure why that would be, because the production domain has SSL.
Then (as you can see) when you click through to view the site, you will get a domain webmaster 404 page and not the development site.
Could anyone please help me to solve both of these issues?
Thanks!
Sarah

The graph of stats from Jetpack will not load from within my wp-admin dashboard. The Jetpack dashboard shows the graph, but the graph in the widget in wp-admin just keeps spinning and will not load.
I recently changed from a development site to a production site, but can not see how to update Jetpack about this detail.
The stats are working for all my other sites.
It also works when I go into troubleshooting mode, with all the plugins activated. And the Jetpack debugging tool says there are no issues.
Could you possibly help?
Thanks in advance!
