Hello,
I have a problem with the event details page and have no idea where I have to check the correct shortcodes etc. We are using EventPrime for some months and everything works fine, but with the version 4 update everything got messed up.
Currently, we provide an overview grid layout where the upcoming events are listed. That’s fine so far. But when I click on an event, it gets redirected to the wrong page. Die URL seems to be okay, but differs from the one on your demo page. All events list to a page in this pattern:
That’s quite nice. But a click on it redirects to a wrong page, which I configured to be a draft, which is why normal users see a 404 page.
What I want is to see the detail page as in your demo: https://demo.theeventprime.com/events/?event=1402
To have the slug for an event name, is quite nice, but not necessary. Where can I configure the redirection and what do I have to do to get this event details page back to work? Worked everything as expected in Version 3.
Thanks and best regards
Christian
On my Attachment Details, I don’t see the button this label, “Click on the button to move this file to another folder” refers to. You can check this screen capture.

Please let me know what I’m missing. It’d be awesome to change the file’s folder in the attachment page!
Thanks!
]]>First of all, many thanks for your excellent plugin !
As my maps contain only gpx and some markers, I would like to have the layout of the map as clean as possible, and therefore have the white cell and the “Details” link on top of each map removed or deactivated. If you click it, you anyway do not get more info on my maps anyway.
Is there a way ? A hidden shortcode ?
Many thanks in advance for your answer
]]>I have this option disabled: “Keep details open by default”.
Any idea on how I can make the background image fixed regardless of the details dropdown thing?
Regards!
]]>I am using multiple “details” blocks on my page and I want to create a button that collapses or expands all of them. I can’t find any information about this.
Can you please help?
]]>Immediately noticed redundant data in the order details information coming from variations.
For example, a t-shirt product would look like this as a line item in the order details. Neat, on one line, including the title and variation.
T-Shirt – XL (#87284450-04)
Now, after updating WC, it looks this:
T-Shirt – XL (#87284450-04)
– Size:
XL
It looks strange and just adds clutter/redundant information to the order details email.
Can someone point me in the right direction to remove this additional information that has now been added after updating WC?
Best.
