The subscription forms asks people to look for a confirmation e-mail, but one is not sent AND YET, I do find them on my MailPoet list. I did once have the subscription forms set up with FeedBurner but I removed the code, as an RSS feed is available through another button.
PLEASE help!

]]>I have been monkeying around with Subscribe2 for a while now, but the requirement I have is that the e-mail look as much like my website as humanly possible, and I can’t get that plug-in to do what I need.
Have I missed a plug-in that can render my website into an e-mail-able format? Or, is there as way for me to write another version of my index.php with all the styling in-line? If I could do that, then I could just copy-and-paste the html every day and call it a day.
]]>i’m using the Satorii theme (which is based on Sandbox) and i absolutely adore 95% of it – the part that’s bugging me is that the comments seem to appear in the footer (or in something styled like the footer) and it just looks really weird to me. i’d like them to appear in pretty much the same format as the post – something like this. (scroll down to see comments.) nothing fancy.
so that’s my main issue right now; in a perfect world i’d also like to see what it would look like to move the post meta stuff from the left side of the entry to the bottom (again, nothing fancy – this would be just fine) but that’s not really keeping me up at night.
links to my current code, in case it helps:
and this is what the whole thing looks like now. any assistance would be massively appreciated. thanks!
]]>I have spent the day trying to move my blog to a new server while keeping the same domain name. To do this I have been advised to upload all my individual files to the new server and then export my WordPress database into a My SQL database. I have done these things. Unfortunately, I have been unable to successfully export the database because, of a “Line 47: Duplicate entry for Key 1.” Whatever that means.
More to what I understand: My blog is mostly up now, but I cannot get into my Admin page no matter what I do. It does not recognize my user name, nor my password. I have poked around the MySQL enough to know that there is no wp-users database uploaded — I suspect this could be the problem, or at least part of it.
So, my questions: 1. Without knowing anything about MySQL, is there anything I can do to upload my Databases successfully?
2. Is there any way that I can do something to get into my admin page and try to work out my issues from in there?
3. Assuming neither of these work, is there any way for me to just start a new WordPress blog (at the same domain name) and then import all of my old posts?
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help. At this point, desperation doesn’t come close to describing my feelings.

]]>When I set up my db, I was given the options to setup as, my entire site, or part of my site. I went with entire. I’m now wanting it as part of my site. I want to access WP from a link on my html files.
So I deleted everything from the server and upload a fresh wordpress folder to the server, with my html pages.
The site now opens to my index, html. (which I want). I put a link on the index to open the WP. I was told by server support to link right to the WP folder. I did that. When I browse to the WP, I get a full page of everything I ever wrote in the Folder I thought I had just trashed and everything is without format and all links return me to my index html. Including the admin link so I can’t try and fix things in the Dashboard. What’s goni’ on?

But when I try to run upgrade.php, all I get is a blank white page. Anyone know what’s happening here and how to get around it? I’ve tried this several times, and I’m at my wits’ end.
