How can I get rid of the fragrance names, SKU information and categories on this page? This appears on all of my product pages.

I have been using Easy WP Meta Descriptons and greatly appreciate that each page can have a different description. I wonder if a second text entry box could allow entry of different meta keywords in the same way or if maybe there is some technical reason why not. Whilst I am new to web design, I have developed software since 1969 and learnt many languages culminating in C++ on the Mac but wonder if PHP is too different. I certainly struggle with the non linear nature of execution of CSS, HTML and Javascript. I have maintained programs with a million lines of source code before I retired. How many lines is this plugin and can I try cloning it and make it do what I need even if its just for myself?

Import and Export Img alt text and descriptions

I’m using wordpress for my website and I’m a photographer and graphic designer so 95% of my content right now is alt text and descriptions. Is there a way to import/export this data?

I ask because I have someone working to fix some issues on the dev site and inadvertently quite a bit of alt-text and descriptions to the live site. I don’t want to lose that when the dev site is swapped over.

Open to any and all suggestions. The plug-ins I’ve found seemed to focus on woocommerce images or blog posts.

Hi,

I have a store with about 70,000 products which have categories on it which include brands, and other categories associated to the product. We don’t use the WooCommerce Brands plugin, but instead organize brands as a parent category with child categories which are our brands. How is google listings associating brands? Can I create a function or hook to get my manufacturer child categories to populate as a brand without having to add the custom metadata needed for brands? I’m just not sure if Google Listings is pulling data or pushing data which would probably be a determination as to how I can solve this.

Caption, Description, Title only on Hover

I have been using visual portfolio successfully for quite some time now.

Recently I lost the lower Title, Caption Description – not sure which one is called which.

Now I have lost all the “captions” under all my images. They do however show up when you hover over the area.

I don’t see any setting for text hovering.

Settings look fine. Trying different caption combinations makes no difference.

Please advise.

I can get rather verbose on describing a snippet. I’d like to see a “max char” or “max lines” field when entering a description — or better, an overall Snippets option — that would limit the size of the description on the main Code Snippets lists.

The Descriptions for each of the paintings shown in our 10Web Photo Gallery display for me on a Macbook Pro and on an iPhone 13mini, but not on an android or on an iPhone Pro Max 14. Why are they not displaying and what can I do to fix the problem?
