Presently it appears possible to assign a role and department when creating a new employee. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to change this when editing an employee record.

This might be useful if the role of the employee changes or they move departments.

Is it possible to remove the department field on the add ticket form? I couldn’t find any option in settings to remove the department or make this field optional.

i wanna have a list of alla departments and when i click on one of it, go to a page that contain description of department and list of theri people of this department.

I want to have something like “department selection” dropdown where can visitor select something like “sales department”… and by this selection..form will take rightrecipient…like..

Expample…

I want to get sale…so I will choose sale department. Fom will now that sales department was choosen in dropdown, so this message will be sent only to [email protected].

Second person will have problem with website (misstype in headers etc.), so she will use dropdown too a she will select “technical department”…and in this case, message will be sent only to [email protected].

How can I have the owner of the email mapped to a specific department to get a email notification when a ticket is logged to the department.

Also for them to be able to access the ticket and close from front end.

Without this, I cant use the ticket for anything, such great plugin.

Just wondering, is there a way to get a menu in the right sidebar (for the main staff page and/or on each individual post page) of the different departments, that way people can click and see 1.) everyone who is in marketing or engineering etc. 2) How many different departments/skill sets we have?
