Cannot delete site content – keeps reappearing after reinstall

I am new to WordPress so I practiced and tested the possibilities, built a test page. Now I want to build the real page so I wanted to completely remove WordPress and the test site that i built and reinstall WordPress to start a fresh site on my domain. So i did the following steps:
1. Deleted all WP folders on my cPanel.
2. Deleted all MySQL databases and users on cPanel.
3. Removed WordPress installation on cPanel.
After the cleaning I run a new WordPress installation on my cPanel and to my surprise the old site content came back.
I repeated the deletion and reinstalling of WordPress many times, but still the content keeps coming back.
Does the content somehow is saved on WordPress? Because I deleted everything on my side.
How can a man delete a site completely and start a fresh clean WordPress site?

What is the proper way of completely uninstall wordpress (and delete the corresponding site)?

I am thinking of going to my hosting site and delete all the wordpress file and the database. Would that be all?

For the control panel of my hosting site, I can find /home/think3x/www/www. Can/should I just delete everything from this directory? This is where I have subdirectories like wp-admin, wp-content, wp_includes, as well as other wp- files.

Removing a very old site

Long story short I created a simple wordpress site many years ago as sort of a try-out at the time. However, it’s still visible in google and I would like to remove it. This is the site I am referring to:

Unfortunately, it has been so long ago that I simply can’t even remember what email address I used to create it. As a result of that, I am not in the position to remove it, despite being the creator of it. Any advice on how to solve this?

I have an old wordpress site that was linked to an account of which the email adress does not exist anymore. Because of this I have no way to recover my account. I’m also aware that it would be difficult for me to prove that I was actually the owner.

A few years ago I made an wordpress for a class. I used my schoolaccount. Now, a few years later, my schoolaccount got deleted. So I have no proof of the fact that I am the owner of this wordpress. I want tot delete this wordpress, because I had to put personal information on it, and I want that deleted.

Any idea how I can login on my wordpress, or how I can get it deleted?

Delete Site does not exist in tools

I attempted on my personal computer to create a Multisite under MAMP. Unfortuately I had a number of other MySQL WordPress databases on the site and thus attempted to change those to work with the Multisite. The result is a complete and total mess. WordPress cannot find my themes, my plug-ins, or anything else. Thus I decided the best thing to do would be to remove WordPress and start over from the beginning.

So under Support I obtained the file “Delete Site”. The problem is that the “Delete Site” under tools does not work. I expect it does not work as I ended up changing the passwords in the MySQL databases – there are at least 5 of them – all of which I need to delete also – so that I no long have – or know the Administrator password.

Thus the question – how do I delete all of the WordPress files – including the MySQL files so that I can start over from scratch? Thank you.

I can find no signs of a WordPress installation in my Cpanel. I can find no signs of a “Delete Blog” anywhere in WordPress settings within my blog (as there was in WordPress.com). Yet, even with no “index” file in my public_html directory, I still get my WordPress blog when I go to my domain. The only thing I’ve been able to do is to remove the WordPress theme associated with the blog.

I’ve contacted the host to see if they can do anything but in the meantime, I’m begging you guys for help. Any ideas you can shed on this will be deeply appreciated.

Re-install

I installed wordpress, then tried to install a premium teme through a back-up plug in. It got stuck at 65% and I had to exit. It would not let me back in with my user name and password, so I deleted the wp file. I also deleted the domain name in the fantsico file.

There must be a trace of it somewhere because it won’t let me re-install wp. It says I can’t have more than one installation in the root directory of a file. Does any one know why it thinks something is there?
