WPMU Defender Blocking

Are there any recommendations to prevent WPMU Defender from blocking temporary access via a URL? It is currently blocking it with a “You don’t have permission to access this page”. WPMU says we could add the User Agent the plugin uses to the whitelist but since it is a URL based login the user agent is going to be the browser so this doesn’t help.

Hi! I have read several threads and online help articles, and tried all the suggested fixes, and there is still no way for a person to leave a comment on my most recent blog post. Every other post I created (at least the recent ones) automatically had the option to leave a comment. I have tried everything I can think of. I didn’t do anything different today when I created this post than when I created other recent posts, and those posts allowed comments; although now I see that even though old comments are showing, there is no option to leave new comments, despite “Automatically close comments on posts older than days” is UNCHECKED.

It’s like the ability to leave a comment has just disappeared from my website. Does anyone know how to debug this? I am NOT tech savvy, FYI, so I likely won’t understand super technical answers, but I will do my best to follow instructions.

Also, I noticed this message, “Enjoying Defender? We’d love to hear your feedback!” I don’t know what Defender is–some spam blocking program I guess. It seems new–could this be affecting my ability to activate comments?

Blocking pages for users

Hustle 404 problem in defender

Hey! I am using Hustle as well as the Defender plugin from WPMUDEV. I am facing a 404 problem in defender 404 detection logs. I have set up a MailChimp popup in Hustle. Whenever the hustle popup shows on the website, a 404 error message is shown in the defender 404 logs. Following is the error message:
“Request for file /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/assets/hustle-ui/fonts/hustle-icons-font.ttf which doesn’t exist”
I have also tried changing the typography option under Hustle >> Pop-ups >> Edit Popup >> appearance tab from “custom” to default but that didn’t seem to help either.

Hi there, the WPMU defender plugin is showing one of your files as suspicious, could you possibly check it out. It’s just flagged it but I’m hoping it’s false positive.

2fa on more than one website – LastPass Authenticator

I’m trying to set up 2FA on multiple sites, but when I try and add a 2nd site using the LastPass Authenticator app it throws an error– Replace existing Account, if I do this then it removes the current site that I do have set up and I’m back to square 1.

I’m not sure if its a bug as such and if it lies with Defender or Even LastPass, but just thought I’d make you aware of the issue.

So far the plugin is helping a lot, I liked the functionalities and effective blocks more, we are in tests to actually subscribe to the plugin because so far it is paying off a lot.

Cookies Are Bloked or not supported by browser

I was trying to log in to my wp account. It keeps telling me this.

Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

I tried all the ways like including code in wp-config.php file
define(‘COOKIE_DOMAIN’, $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] );

Tried this in functions.php file. but still same
if ( SITECOOKIEPATH != COOKIEPATH ) {
setcookie(TEST_COOKIE, ‘WP Cookie check’, 0, SITECOOKIEPATH, COOKIE_DOMAIN);
}

But when I deactivate your plugin it works fine. Is there any way to fix it on your plugin. If not looks like I will have to find another plugin.
