is it possible (maybe in the near future) to change the preset values for “Inner Column Spacing” and “Column Gap” and “Row Gap” for the Columns Block? Via “stackable Settings” Tab, there are no options for the “Columns” Block.
It is very unfortunate that there seems to be no way to redefine the default values. With the current defaults, there is always a 12px margin, which means you cannot achieve a flush layout. As a web designer, I can of course manually change this each time, but for the end customer, who is not a CMS expert, this is not feasible. There should be a simple solution for non-technical users so that the web designer can set defaults.
I found a static entry in stk.js where the 12px is defined.
Is it planned in the foreseeable future to make this adjustable in the block defaults as well? That would be great. Then I could also use Stackable in customer projects.
Thank you!

Having to define these for each and every post and page is a waste of time.

I wanted to revert the website to the backup I did before updating, but it’s broken and didn’t save properly (I should’ve double-checked, I know). So now I’m stuck like this because the last working backup I could find was 6 months ago (I used to work on the website regularly, but now I’m on a periodic contract, that’s why there weren’t regular backups).
I did try to install Jetpack optimizer plugin as well, so that could be a possible issue.
I looked online for similar issues but all I could find were WooCommerce and Elementor Related solutions (Which I don’t have installed on the website).
The current editor I use is mainly the Gutemberg default one and WP Bakery sometimes.
]]>RESOLVED: Actually, I resolved this, but this post is worth having for others to know the answer. If the default is set but it is also set to honor the OS Settings, then it properly honors the OS settings. So to always default to dark mode I had to unselect honoring the OS settings. That is great because it also remembers what it was last set to so if someone wants light mode once they pick it when they come back it still will be.
GREAT JOB ALL AROUND to the devs of this!
]]>However, this isn’t the case. Are there any ways I’m missing to either configure the defaults or globally override the defaults while keeping the subtly within the different types of block (e.g. styles of notification boxes)?
I understand I can do this by adding an additional CSS class to the block, but this doesn’t always work – for example a class added to a block of buttons which are a mix of normal and transparent.

For instance, on my account page, when you hover over an option on the sidebar, the font changes from Raleway (my font) to another.
This also occurs on the header when you activate a dropdown on ‘Shop’ or ‘My Account’.
I’ve set the font to raleway in everyplace I can find it in Elementor, in the Theme Builder, in the Astra settings, I’ve disabled Default Fonts in Elementor… everywhere is set to Raleway, let these elements still revert to a different font on hover.
Is there an option somewhere that I’ve missed?
Thank you
]]>Using the Members plugin, I’ve created a Translator role with the idea that the Translator will only be able to access those posts that have been specifically assigned as accessible by that role.
The problem is, the Members plugin assigns no role to the posts by default (ie. For each post, in the meta box that says “Limit access to the content to users of the selected roles.” Nothing is checked by default… meaning anyone user can access the post.
This means the client can easily forget to check this and a user assigned the role of Translator would be able to access posts they shouldn’t.
Is there a way to change the default roles assigned each post so that all but Translator are checked by default?

In general it would be useful to be able to set your preferred defaults for all new customers to those that you would use most frequently for your customer base.
Thanks
]]>There are settings for the hook, but when I’d like to manually embed CRP Block, they differ from set, and each time I have to tune again: No. of posts (limit), offset, display of heading, excerpt, author, date, etc.
How to define defaults for the block editor?
