Issue with Payment Decline on Subscription Checkout

I’m experiencing an issue during checkout. I’m getting the error “Payment Decline: Please use another card.

Here are the details:

The card is valid and works on other websites with the same authorized merchant, but using a different plugin.
The order includes a subscription and is managed using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin for recurring payments.
Despite disabling test mode and unchecking the option to save credit card information, the merchant is receiving email of transaction indicating that test mode is active.
In the WooCommerce order section, the order status shows as “Pending Payment.”

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hi, so I have a problem when my customers check out as a guest on my website they enter their card details but it doesn’t work they get this error message “Your credit card has been declined. Please try another one.”

I have another website the exact same as this one however that one works perfectly fine.

Our client called this morning saying that people have been calling stating that they are unable to make a purchase because their card keeps getting declined. The only payment method being offered is PayPal. This only started recently. Is there a way to fix this?

Order Accepted after Card is Declined

I’m working with a client (https://www.nwcoffeesupply.com/) and have come across an issue I’ve never seen before. My client noticed some orders come through recently without payment coming through. What they described was the customer submitting the order multiple times because their credit card had been declined. Each time, the order came through like a valid order and the inventory was adjusted as if the order were valid. I was wondering if anyone else might have seen this and if there was a fix available.
