We have a problem with SportsPress plugin: we already use SportPress 2.7.8.
Upgrading to 2.7.21 we’ve got the following error:

DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 – Requested unknown parameter ‘9’ for row 0. For more information about this error, please see?https://datatables.net/tn/4

How can we fix it?

Sort by Date works in GSheets, but Viewer sees Dates like Dec 12 as text strings

I did read Meitar’s complete guide, and I searched this forum and elsewhere.
In Google Sheets, my column with dates formatted like Dec 12 sorts properly. Does Inline…Viewer receive only the displayed data (“Dec 15”), not the date data (44910, or 2022/12/15)?
DataTables.net seems to only address this kind of question by talking javascript. I can do some coding but not javascript. Do I need to learn Javascript just for this problem? Am I right that Inline Google Spreadsheet Viewer does not need me to change its code, I just need to learn how to use what’s already coded?
My temporary (bad) solution is to have two columns, one that people can read (for example “Dec 15”) and one for sorting (for example 2022/12/15). For people on cellphones adding a 7th column makes things far too tight. I need to find how to let people sort on a column that appears like “Dec 15”.
Help, anyone? (I know the plugin creator Meitar helped for years but has set a boundary. Anyone else?)

Besides Google, I searched this plugin’s support forum and also all the WordPress support forums for “sort by day” and “sort by date”. To my surprise, no relevant answer.
One answer (relevant to a different plugin, WP Data Access) was to change WordPress’ settings for how the date is displayed. I found that under Settings > General, but that had no effect.

I’m using woocommerce vendors with subscriptions.

When my vendors click ‘orders’ in /store-manager/orderslist/ they get this error:

DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-orders – Requested unknown parameter ‘1’ for row 0, column 1. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/4

I can only find a code-heavy solution that I don’t understand on other forums (as linked in the actual error). Anyone know how I can fix this?

I noticed the following javascript error related to dataTables:

Question before I go through the install process and dig into this. I’m excited about the plug-in and the inclusion of datatables… Is there a search option for tables? I have some very large tables on my site and it’s important that they be searchable.

It seems that this problem mentioned in this ticket has reappeared.

I noticed this after todays release and I went to check plugin SVN repository and it seems that finnish.json has stayed same since it was introduced, this should be fixed.

Hello,

when my vendors try to load their product list, they only get alert error: “DataTables warning: table id=wcfm-products – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/1” … I’ve inspected the XHR response and it seems empty. The problem is it has worked few weeks ago and it started happening without anyone changing anything.

Please help!

Responsive Datatables.js

I am using this plugin and so far love the implementation. Great job!

I have one issue, in that the datatables.js implementation for the webinar list does not have any of the responsive code. Would it be possible to either have responsive datatables enabled by default if that shortcode is used, or give an option to turn on responsive datatables? I’m sure I could hack together some CSS to make it work better, but since datatables.js has a responsive view, I think a lot of people would appreciate having that as an option.
