Products causing Database Overload on 8.6.1

This is an adult modeling site that lists the models as products. There are no sales or other add-ons for the shop. When I upgraded from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1, we suddenly started taking database errors – enough that the entire site is down. The host has been trying to get us back up online, but has decided the solution was to disable the core WooCommerce plugin. I really need to get this site back up and functional. Any suggestions?

Note – again, this is an adult site. While there is nudity on the performer pages there is no actual sexual activity. I do not allow nudity on any pages other than the performer pages (which pull from WooCommerce). Sadly, those performer pages are the ones that are vital to this website.

Hi there.

Out of the blue, the plugin seems to not work properly anymore. When i change or update the images of the product attributes i need, they didn’t change. Where the images are missing they remains missing. I checked my database, finding out that simply when i load a pictsure the cfvsw_image meta value isn’t updated too.

How can i solve this without changing manually every broken url ?

wpeh_wfconfi Daatabase problem

I haave a bug caused by a large amount of data inserted and deleted by Wordfence and Mysql 5.7 which does not automatically optimize the wpeh_wfconfig table.

The result is that this table seems huge but in fact it is all “empty” space that has not been deallocated, in fact just run the query “optimize table wpeh_wfconfig” to solve the problem.

The Hosting server is Siteground.

How is possible fix the problem?

This theme has good aesthetic legs, but it would require some work and customization to get right. The mobile “sticky” menu does not unstick, so your site gets mostly hidden. The top scroll takes up a third of the phone already, so no joy….

…So mobile responsiveness is lacking

As for admin functions, it is quite fractured. Menus are laid out in a nonstandard way that doesn’t provide any benefit. Database is often unreachable….
…..Something about this theme causes a lot of site down time while it locks out the database.

I don’t have anything outside of standard plugins, all with good compatibility reviews and tested for current version of WordPress as of January 2020. And this site, identical in plugin and parameter structure as two other sites, is the only one with issues…. Issues that began with Mismo and that persist without foreseeable resolution.

Was thinking 2 stars, but the issues it had already to make the theme unusable, so 1 star.

I was considering the Pro license very strongly. Perhaps it doesn’t have the issues. BUT, the lie version is the marketing material, and should represent Mismo’s “best for forward”.

On to the next trial.

Got to give credit for Mismo along for this review….I hope it helps.

Copied website cause CPU spike ?

Hi,
I’ve been having problems with few website that are causing CPU spike when accessing any pages. I did some tests including disabling ALL plugins & revering back to default theme but without any success. The only thing common between these websites is me using Duplicator.
I’ve also tested the same websites with fresh databases without any problems.

Could duplicator plugin causing some database errors that are leading to WP errors & CPU spike ?

I’m happy to work with you on solving this issue as I have at least 2 websites to fix. (I can maybe provide some data and do different tests ?)

Migrating website from localhost to another server

Hi,

I created a new version of website on my localhost using latest WP version. All is working well on the local end however when I migrated the site and the database on the other server, Im having a problem importing the database. Error Code: 1064 and 1146.

I already researched how to troubleshoot it and tried the suggestion on this thread – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29916610/1273-unknown-collation-utf8mb4-unicode-ci-cpanel but still i cant successfully proceed connecting website and database.
