My old domain name (lauwri.com) has expired and I have bought a new domain name via godaddy. I now need to somehow connect my old website to my new domain name, but I don’t know how to access my wordpress dashboard as it was associated to my old domain name. How can I recover my website and link it to my new domain name? Thank you!

I deactivated the Pro version of the plugin and the site is restored. It appears the Pro version of the plugin failed to update and caused a fatal error.

Where once backups/migrations could take a day or longer, this plugin is efficient. Plus author has great sense humor in the update logs (ie: “ping…”pong”) Highly recommended.

Would it be possible to have the plugin running the database migration on ‘admin_init’ instead of ‘init’? We have a dockerized environment with multiple docker instances for public, but only 1 for admin. This way would avoid calling the same process from different containers and crashing the site.

Such a great plugin, which has saved our agency so much time moving files and databases between dev, staging and production sites. I highly recommend. This and their Advanced Custom Fields plugins are the two plugins that are included in every new project we do. They really are must haves.

Hi, I moved the database to a new server and my site went down until the connection to the new server was established. I was expecting the contend to be provided by the cache in the meanwhile, because all the content shall be cached beside some widgets in the sidebar.
Is this normal or do I have a problem in configuration?
How would this work in case I decide to use a CDN with wp fastest cache?

Multisite:
Does this plugin works if a site is part of a multisite?

Database:
In the page to buy the plugin we have this description “Please note: This first version does not copy any database entries. It pushes your file changes from the staging to the live site which is a real time saver after testing plugin and theme updates.”

What do mean by “Do not copy any database entries“? Does the new files in the wordpress are not copied from staging to live site?

Am I need another plugin like WP Migrate DB to complete the process of migrating DB because of the current state of development of the plugin(WP-Staging)?
